I was very impressed with the customer service throughout the entire process. I was able to get good quality advice to custom build my sofa in terms of choice of materials, the colour, the type of feet and also firmness of the cushions.

I cannot recommend The Chesterfield Company enough. We hate sofa shopping and dreaded it. We arrived at their showroom and was left to have a look round, there were no pushy sales people - they don't need to as their sofas are amazing! Once we'd decided we spoke with a very knowledgeable person who advised us on the types of leather. We were kept informed at all stages of production. Once out of production we were contacted to arrange a delivery date and within a couple of days our beautiful sofa and footstool arrived. The sofa is fantastic, very well built and the leather is so soft. We will definitely be visiting again.
