"Gorgeous Settee but Bumpy Process"
We ordered the Berwick 2-seater in vintage green with bespoke Vegas feet in black back in August (24th). Sadly we could not celebrate the arrival of the piece two months later (October 9th) because the process of getting it has been fraught with issues. First off, the delivery: it was a no-show and no-word on the day of delivery that we had been notified of a week earlier. Courier Furdeco claimed that the seller put a hold on it last minute, on the Saturday before the Monday due-date; while seller wgen we called insisted they had done no such thing. It then took several calls back and forth before a delivery for the following day was announced by text, without explanation or apology; whereby one myst consider that two of us had to stay in and at the ready for this. The two guys were then great in taking the settee up to 3rd floor and to its corner, removing packaging. However, and secondly, it then turned out that the feet were missing! Whether the seller missed inclusion of these or whether they were lost in transit we can't say. The settee has now been sitting in the corner for 2 weeks, still no feet. I was told, on asking, that as they are 'bespoke' -- bought in from another company that, however, has them on the shelf; then painted in at this company-- it could take a while. But now it's going on 3 weeks. And no updates, no communication.
Our advice: don't get fooled into believing you can order a settee or chair for a special occasion like Christmas and get it in good time unless you give it 3 months. I am offended by tge promotional emails I get, enticing us to by now fir Christmas -- when the one piece we ordered in August is still missing parts! The settee itself looks absolutely beautiful (would ve nicer with feet), but was also not cheap! Just a shame that the process and experience has spoilt our appreciationand enjoyment of it! We are still waiting. Would not buy from this company again.

The armchair is fantastic. The quality of the leather used is excellent. They manufactured it in the time they said they would take to do it.
It is traditionally made by highly skilled people.
