The end product was ok but still problems with the frame which hopefully will be resolved .The delivery company which they use was very poor and had our suite for nearly three weeks before it was finally delivered.

Odered a sofa but the person taking the order took down the wrong name and colour. Sorted that out. Then she refused to give me the sale price despite being ordered 3 days prior to the sale. According to my calendar I've now waited 13 weeks for a sofa that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. No updates from the company until I emailed and said the sofa would be finished "next week" 3 weeks ago. They have not acknowledged my two emails and I have no idea when or if I'll ever get this sofa despite the fact they have my 50% deposit. I'm a pensioner sitting on one chair in my bare living room but hopefully I'l get the furniture before I leave this planet. Or not.
Update: received an email invoice showing the full balance OMITTING my deposit and the sale price. Received a telephone call from the company shortly after the email requesting my balance to be paid. I told them I had not had my deposit nor the sales price deducted from the final invoice. Caller said ok. Two days later a further call requesting payment with still no up to date invoice. I told the caller I'd be happy to send on the money once I received a corrected invoice. That was 6 (six) days ago....still waiting. What appalling service as we're now into our 14th week, I believe. Is the next port of call a solicitor?

My pair of sand tub chairs (style EST) look great in my kitchen coffee area. The leather is superb, showing depth and lovely colour variation. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable, if a little harder and higher than I expected. We have become used to this and we like them. My only criticism is that the quality of the stitching is not that great. I put this down to the thickness of the leather but edges could be straighter and seams folded more neatly. Would I buy again? Yes.
