We were contacted with a delivery date, and the company representatives were attentive and helped with the organising of our new furniture. Buying on line is always difficult with the sizing of products but your delivery men were really helpful in persuading the chairs through the entry. A pure professional pair, thank you very much for your time and patience. We are really pleased with our purchase

We travelled from Bedfordshire as this was the only company that seem to do what we were looking for. We were not disappointed, very helpful & great service. Sofa bed is beautiful & fantastic quality.

Buying from this company was not a happy experience for us. We paid in full, on the day the order was placed, we were told to expect our Chesterfields to be ready in 8 weeks.
After 8 weeks we contacted the company, expecting to be given a delivery date, but our order had not even been started. We waited 2 more weeks, still no idea of a delivery date. Another 2 weeks and at least the order was progressing, but still no idea of delivery.
After 13 weeks, and many telephone calls, we finally had a date; it was not convenient but we did not want to say no, after all this time. The day arrived and so did a telephone call to say that our items were not on the delivery van!
It was another 5 days before the delivery actually happened. The delivery men were superb, the 2 Chesterfields were even better than we had ever hoped they could be.
Why, when they make such fabulous furniture, does this company have such a poor attitude towards its customers.
A touch of good customer care would have made an enormous difference to the situation.

"Gloriously sumptuous"

From online enquiry, telephone chats, order and delivery (by 2 gentlemen who carried, unpacked and checked everything over) this is how an online company should operate. Better still, the buying experience is backed up by quality products. The sofa, chair and footstools I purchased are beautifully crafted, and are a joy to look at and sit on. I've trawled all the high street stores, reviewed many online catalogues and visited the alleged 'bespoke' retailers and saw little to compare in looks, style or quality............as for price..........don't even think about it.
I did get carried away and purchased 2 footstools without really checking out the sizes and I have to say they are very big but hey ho, my decision to get two.
All in all I would certainly recommend this company to family, friends ............and if you see them everyday you wouldn't want them to buy a 'lemon on your say so now would you? 5 Stars

Been looking for a chesterfield for a long time , saw this company on the net and desided to drive down from Glasgow . Well worth the trip , everyone that comes in my house comments on the beautiful suite and how well made it looks . Would definately recommend .
