Our last holiday to South America was organised through Eclipse Travel. They offer mostly private tours tailored for your interests and demands. Covering 5 countries, our travel involved many flights between countries and within country as well. Despite of this fact, everything was smooth and stress free, on time.

"Fabulous South American holiday experience"

Tiffany organised eveything extremely well.
Brazil visa process was difficult and painful, but eventually we got them.
English speaking guides everywhere were great.
Guide from Mendoza to Andes spoke mostly in Spanish and occasionally added some English comments. There were 6 x English speaking people on bus of perhaps 20. We felt like we only got 1/2 story?
Accommodation was all very good. Lake Titicaca Accommodation was nice but overnight construction with jackhammers being used from 10pm until early hours of morning. Staff and management denied that this was occurring, yet we could see them and although we asked them to stop or move us, we got zero. They were quite rude and not helpful at all. Was very disappointing. The standard of accommodation everywhere was fabulous, the guides and drivers were also fantastic.
Would recommend South America, Eclipse Travel and Tiffany to anyone wanting to do a 'highlights" of South America. We wish we had more time there. Loved it.

We had no expectations of what we were going experience in Sth Africa.....of course the Big 5. The trip was more than ticking a destination off our bucket list. It was so great that we will definitely go back to another part. The your company Ilios were awesome for the first leg of our trip. The second tour guide ”just did his job and no more”
The accommodation was mostly 4-5 star. So many meals and experiences were included in our your price. Every safari was better than the last. Seeing the animals in their natural habitat was too amazing.
The assistance we got from Luke at Eclipse was over & beyond. We had one incident at the very beginning of our which Luke immediately attended to.
Every part of our trip was amazing. Travelling in a small group always has negatives & positives.....fortunately ours was pretty positive.

In Late September and early to Mid October 2018 we travelled to Chile and Argentina as well as the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls. Everything was arranged by Anton and the team at Eclipse Travel. We truely had the trip of a lifetime. All of the places that we visited were fabulous and provided us with experiences equal or better than our expectations. The accommodation, tour guides, drivers and airline travel was exemplary. We had a couple of hiccups not due to Eclipse travel along the way and their backup service was exemplary. The two small issues were rectified without delay. Anton was very approachable and answered all questions regarding the Organization of the trip efficiently. It can be scary organising a holiday without face to face discussions with a travel agency. There were no problems using this online travel agency. Excellent service.
