"Very well organised Sth America trip"

We had a very complicated 3.5 week trip to South America which included 9 internal flights and 8 cities with private transfers at each location. Every one of the transfers was on time. The hotels were mostly good, the day tours were also mostly very good. The whole trip was put together in about 10 days and we left it pretty late to book so no doubt some hotels were all that was left. Overall they did an excellent job.

Second time we’ve entrusted our travel to Eclipse…Galapagos 2019 and now Antarctica 2024…Lara again brilliantly arranged exactly what we wanted within our very narrow available time frame…the Antarctic Peninsula expedition on Sea Spirit was truly awesome , and the logistics of getting there and back with some additional fantastic experiences in Ushuaia worked faultlessly.

"Extremely Helpful in Difficult Circumstances "

Recently, we booked an Antarctic cruise with Eclipse Travel. The boat developed a problem at South Georgia Island which meant we had to limp back to Ushuaia and forego the remainder of the trip to the Antarctic Peninsula. This was just bad luck but was a severe disappointment. However, on the way back to Ushuaia we were in contact with Eclipse Travel and they were able to find two vacancies on a different boat for the Antarctic Peninsula at a time where there were very few openings (just before Christmas). This saved us from having to consider another return flight from Australia in the future to visit the Antarctic. Thanks Eclipse Travel for assisting us in a difficult situation.

Also, their website has the most comprehensive list of Antarctic cruises in the one place. This allows a customer to easily compare different cost and style of cruises.

Tim really worked hard to get us the best deal that was offered at the time, even though the following day the advertised price had gone up substantially. He ensured that the cruise company honoured the first price. He was very communicative and offered to plan the whole trip away. Only confusion was about the final payment date which we negotiated through. I would recommend Eclipse Travel for adventure holidays.

The staff at Eclipse was fantastic (shout out to Hilary!). They were very responsive with all my questions, helped pick a perfect itinerary, booked flights, accommodation, and made sure we had all the info we needed for our safari to Tanzania. We had people coming from the USA and Australia, and Hilary was able to make it all work. Our on-ground tour group Tamkins Holidays were also fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
