"Hassle Free Travel"

My wife and I booked a trip to Bolivia, Argentina and Antarctica through Eclipse Travel. We had booked the trip in mid 2022 with the intention to travel in Dec 2023. Matt M from Eclipse was the primary person who made most of the arrangement and when he was away, others from the agency very competently covered for him.
My experience dealing with Eclipse had been superb. They were always very professional, patient, kept to their promises and efficient in the way they went about making all the tour arrangement from flights to accommodation.
Two weeks prior to my departure, I had a medical episode requiring an operation. Quite a disappointment having looked forward going to Antarctica for almost two years. This meant I had to cancel my entire trip. Matt promptly did that for me.
Post my operation, as I had a speedy recovery, I instructed Eclipse Travel to reinstate the Antarctica part of my trip. They managed to rebook the flights, cruise and accommodation within three days of me instructing them to rebook as the cruise was scheduled to sail within seven days of me deciding to embark on this once in a lifetime trip to Antarctica. What a feat Eclipse and I was able to make it to Argentina and Antarctica for the trip.
When I got back from the trip, Matt M from Eclipse Travel further assisted me to claim the cancelled part of my trip from my travel insurance.
I would definitely recommend Matt M & Eclipse Travel if you intend to travel to those unique and special places around the world. They will be able to provide good advice and help you make the travel arrangements hassle free especially when things do not go to plan.
I will definitely be using Matt & Eclipse Travel when I am ready to embark on my next adventure holiday. Thank you Eclipse Travel for the really really memorable trip !!!

"Great Trip to Peru"

Our tour of Peru was fabulous . The ground operator Setours were excellent. Rubin our guide so informative and really pleasant . All arrangements were seamless.
Communication from Ruban and also the office of Seatours via Whatsapp was constant and immediate when we had a question. Will use Eclipse travel and Setours again and will recommended them to our friends.

"Great experience and easy travel"

Had a great experience with Eclipse Travel. We used them to book a tour of South America for my parents and my partner and I. My parents' itinerary was for around 4 weeks whilst my partner and I left halfway. The whole experience with Eclipse and our main travel agent, Shae, was great. During the initial planning stages, we found her communication was great. Shae was always responsive, flexible and provided great advice when we were considering different options. This made it a great process and we felt we were in good hands.

On the tour itself, everything was great. The local operators were all top notch with enthusiastic guides and of course the scenery was amazing. The accomodation chosen were all very good as well. The transfers, pick up / drop offs went smoothly for the most part. There were only a couple of occasions where this didn't go to plan but that it was all sorted with a phone call to the local partner.

In addition, my parents had an issue where there was an airline strike on the day they were due to fly in Argentina. Shae and the team at Eclipse travel contacted us immediately and provided alternative travel arrangements. This was all sorted within a few hours and meant that my parents were able to continue their holiday without too much disruption.

Would highly recommend using Eclipse Travel as it really did make our holiday carefree and took a lot of the hassle away.

"Expedition Joy"

My friend & I travelled to Antarctica on an Albatross Expedition. From the first moment in helping guide our choice based on what we were looking for, Shae booked everything from flights to accommodation. Our actual journey was seamless. The ground crew in Argentina were very reliable, the accommodation was great.
When there was airline strike that affected us, Shae & Matt were working hard to re-book flights and ensure we made it to our International flight home.
I would definitely recommend Shae & Eclipse Travel to others planning an Expedition to the special places in the World on their repertoire.

"Fantastic Ecuador experience"

We travelled to Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands. Our agent provided us with fantastic options based on our requirements and timings and gave us the flexibility to book some parts of the trip ourselves where we wanted to. All the hotels we stayed in were fantastic, and the local travel agents in Ecuador were also fantastic with communication, they gave us lots of useful advice for transfers and internal flights. I would highly recommend Eclipse travel!

"GOOD TOUR GUIDES WHO TRAVEL THE EXTRA MILE"

ALL THE TOUR GUIDES WERE PUNCTUAL, WELL ORGANISED, RESPECTFUL AND VERY POLITE.

THE LAST TWO GUIDES: THE ONE IN PLANQUE AND THE COUPLE IN MEXICO CITY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE A HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM. THEIR ENGLISH WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE YOUNG AND WELL INFORMED.

DANIEL, THE FIRST GUIDE WOULD BE BETTER IF HE SPOKE CONCISELY AND DID NOT PAD. ALSO, UPDATED HIS INFORMATION. HOWEVER, HE WAS GENTLE, CARING AND POLITE.

Eclipse Travel made our trip to Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and Iguazu so easy. Our tour guides were extremely good, our transfers were always on time, the vehicles were clean and comfortable and the hotels were in excellent positions. We could not have asked for more.
