Our holiday was seamless. We don’t usually use a travel agent but for South America we are very glad that we used Eclipse to package the perfect itinerary together for us.

Dec 23 was Antarctica, we have also done South America and Spain with eclipse. There are never any hassles when I book with Eclipse. The itinerary is followed to a t. They are accomodating and really listen to what you want. Shae is amazing and provides great detail and information that is relevant.

Luke has been a fabulous travel agent. Our private tour was relatively smooth. Luke was able to assist with every "silly" query.
His help didn't finish after id paid a deposit as so often can happen with other agents.
Absolutely recommend. Luke booked and recommended Bolivia salt flat crossing, Atacama in Chile and stop overs in both Chile and Buenos Aires.

"Grand South American Tour"

My husband and I travelled to South America in October 2023 with a good friend, returning the beginning of November. We originally organised and paid for this trip for 2020 and had to cancel it because of Covid. We were lucky to recover most of our costs at that time and were still keen to go.
Eclipse was a great company to deal with and we had a thorough itinerary covering four countries. They provided a comprehensive list of instructions that were extremely helpful and accurate, for the most part.
We were particularly impressed with the quality of the local tourist companies and guides arranged by Eclipse. Everything ran smoothly 100% of the trip; all planes, buses and hotel and guide pickups were on time. It gave us a lot of comfort.
The hotels were very nice and the breakfasts provided were very good, with only a couple slightly less, at good.
As a small group of three we enjoyed everything. Of note, we are older, in our 60s and 70s, it was challenging to frequently get up at 5am (once it was 3.30) so we would have liked a few more easy days, particularly in Peru and Ecuador as these were the more physically demanding parts of our schedule. That said, for this to have happened it would have made for a longer trip or visiting less places.

Complete Galapagos Archipelago Sea and Land adventures were fantastic; the endemic flora and fauna of all Islas ( Santa Cruz; Seymour Norte/ Sur; Machena; Bartolome; Santiago; Floreana; Espanola; San Cristobal; Lobos; Santa Fe; Plaza Norte/ Sur; Isabela; Fernandina; Rabida) have been too unique to this part of the Planet; We were very happy with all staffs of the EDEN Yacht and Adrian had been an extremely helpful Chief Experience Officer. The Snorkelling was unimaginable esp swimming with Galapagos Sea lions; Turtles and Marine Iguanas.
In Australia, Very helpful and supportive Eclipse Staffs esp. Blake with vast experience assisting travellers to design a wonderful tour encounters of a life’s time! a big thank you to Everyone for a great team work !

The trip that we organised was extremely well planned and the land based company in Tanzania were excellent. Communication between Luke at Eclipse travel was fantastic - very prompt and accurate. Thank you very much for your organisation. We would certainly use you again.
