Lara came to the rescue when I was going nowhere in trying to plan for our South America trip. She was the only one that actually called me back after I submitted so many quote/inquiry forms with other agencies I found online.

Lara was very knowledgeable and patient. As I had zero idea of what I want to do and how to connect all the places together, she spent time with me to provide the detailed information and helped me shaped my itineraries. I booked this 7-8mths before the trip and she stayed in touch with us throughout the processes closer to the date.

Our Patagonia 5 day W-Trek package was very organised and seamless. We didn't have to worry about the pick-up, transfer and drop-off. It was an enjoyable stay and excellent experience.

I applaud all the pre-trip documentation with visa application information, hiking tips, relevant suppliers' contact details, all accessible on Eclipse Travel's portal, which can be quite overwhelming but very helpful. I was able to contact the suppliers when we wasn't sure how to meet with them at airport / hotel.

Everything went so smoothly! At every airport we were met by someone holding up a sign with our names. All the guides were knowledgeable, patient and wonderful to spend time with. And the hotels were, without exception, great - a notch or two above what we would have chosen on our own, I think! The two times we needed to reach someone in an urgent situation (missed connecting flight so later pick-up; cell phone that we thought had been left in the driver’s car [it wasn’t - it was found elsewhere]), we were able to contact the necessary people and everything got resolved well.

Shae at Eclipse travel was always quick to reply and gave outstanding reliable advice for my solo trip to Patagonia. First trip to South America, so I had lots of unknowns. The guided trek in Torres del Paine was booked with a fantastic locally based company in Puerto Natales. They offered to add me to a small group of 4 others and we had an amazing guide that felt like an old friend. Eclipse sent me all the complex documentation and reminder for Visa application to Chile, making it a much easier process. In locations where there are many unknowns, Eclipse gave me a great level of comfort knowing everything was well sorted. Even had a lovely surprise of beautiful cabanas to stay at Cuernos on the W trek.

Transports from Airports to hotels and back to Airports were fantastic until the last transfer were the booked transport never arrived the hotel arranged a vehicle at very short notice
Most accommodation was of a good standard but not what was expected but after conversation with reception, we were moved to better rooms
The Tango show in Buenos Aries and Beef restaurant were second to none.
We had great tour guides in all our cities all very knowledgeable
The tour guide we had in Rio (Klaus) was amazing he went out of his to look after me.
we had a major disappointment with a flight from Brazil to Chile (the airline cancelled our original flight and put us on the only flight which didn't arrive in Chile until 0230 without asking us then weeks later another flight was put on and when we asked to br changed to that which was an afternoon one we were told it would cost $1000's more albeit the airline was the one which changed our original flight.
All in all the trip was ok not outstanding
