We used Matt from Escape Travel to book our trip to South Africa which included Capetown, Johannesberg, and Hoedspruit. Found him great to deal with and he put together a great holiday for us. The highlight was the safari at Moditlo Lodge. Whilst we were in South Africa we ran into problems when our hotel took us to the wrong airport. Had to contact Matt who was on also overseas at the time but told me what to do and who to contact and Escape Travel sorted out the necessary amendments for us.
Would have no hesitation recommend Matt and the team for anyone looking to travel and will be using them again in the future.

During our first attempt to get to Antarctica which was affected by Covid, Blake worked 24/7 to find flights to get us back from Argentina. A superhuman effort. Matt took over our rebooking for this year and was equally wonderful showing unreal patience with my fairly unreasonable requests for flights. Amazingly conscientious and knowledgeable staff.

The experience far exceeded my expectations. The whole trip was seamless - everybody was there to meet us as planned and this lessened the stress immensely. The boutique hotels were incredibly cute, comfortable, convenient and steeped in history. Guides were knowledgeable, professional and great drivers! Nine weeks flew by and we arrived home reasonably rested and relaxed.

Eclipse Travel organised a 6 week solo travel tour for me in Chile and Argentina towards the end of 2022. The travel consultant, Blake, provided excellent advice and was prompt in sending through information and proposals. Due to covid i was required to make last minute changes, which the company did effectively and efficiently. it was a great trip with good local support and great tours and guides. i rate the company highly.

Matt was very helpful especially when covid restrictions caused the trip to be postponed until 2022. My flights changed a number of times resulting in the need to change hotels and other arrangements which Matt helped me through the changes. I had a wonderful experience in Argentina both coming and going.
