I found Eclipse Travel through online search and it was during pandemic time which most of the small businesses closed their offices. Hence, I trusted Matt (the business owner) and went through all steps online. I now have no doubt I chose the best possible travel agency. He did a fantastic job and the package he put together for South America was amazing. All hotels, flights, tours, travel agencies, and inclusions was excellent choices and he also gave me some upgrades for hotels and flights for free. He was also supportive and available for all questions and quries I had with open arms. I 10000% recommend Matt and his agency to everyone and can't wait to book my next trip with him.

We traveled to Finland in March on a trip prepared by Eclipse Travel. It was, without a doubt, the most amazing trip. Every detail that was planned by ET was phenomenal-from hotels, to rides to excursions. There was never a questionable moment and all four of us were pleased with the outcome of this vacation. This was the second trip that I have booked through Eclipse Travel. On both occasions they have done a fabulous job of making our flight, accommodation transfer and side trip bookings in advance. Both trips have been to the US and Central and South America. The perfect way to travel in what can be difficult circumstances without resorting to group tour options. Thanks Matt.

Many Australians have lost money to this company who 'retain' deposits for trips they could not fulfil during COVID - they offer 'credits' but when you book for events that are cancelled, these credits cannot be used. They have been reported to Australian Consumer Affairs. Disgraceful be warned. They will respond to this review by pretending they have offered solutions. These responses are LIES - be warned - book elsewhere.

Today, I was able to contact Matt at Eclipse Travel and he is helping me to arrange for a future trip to South America and use our future travel credit (from 2020 11day Chile Eclipse Tour). I look to the trip in the Spring of 2023.

Despite the pandemic and the onslaught new variants, Eclipse always kept us up-to-date on the status of our cruise. We had been planning our 2020 trip since the middle of 2019. As you could guess, we didn't get to go when expected. But the Eclipse team always got in contact with us about our options as soon as they were able. Want to change boats? Want to change dates? Want to include X, Y, or Z in your package? We ended up going December 2021-January 2022, and we had all the information we needed to have a great trip. We were well packed and prepared for everything the Antarctic had in store.
