We booked this trip over a year ago, travelled 29th July 2022, we did extend it to spend more time in Darwin, Eclipse were superb throughout the booking process customising our requirements. The trip itself was amazing and ran like clockwork, from pick up at Ayers Rock through to return to Darwin Airport. The accommodation and tour companies were clearly hand picked to give the best service. We got to see the middle and top of Australia through a very special lens by being guided by real professionals in small groups (never more than 8) throughout the trip. I made an enquiry with Matt about the Galápagos Island in March and a week and a half later was booked and ready to go in early June. Matt couldn’t have done any more tha what he did and was always there to assist. There was political unrest in Ecuador while we were there and while our itinerary had to change due to protests our travel company in Ecuador work tirelessly to make sure we were safe and our holiday was still full of plenty to see and explore. Could not fault one part of the service from start to finish.

He was very responsive and the travel options were all very good. A much better experience than dealing with a larger travel group that had arranged the other part of my travels to South America.
