The itinerary put together by Luke was perfect for us. We had an excellent mixture of locations between Johanesberg, Zambezi National Park, Chobe, Okavago Delta, Cape Town and Makalali Game Reserve. All the accommodation was wonderful. Each camp or lodge was unique but all had friendly staff, beautiful food and the game drives/boat rides exceeded our expectations.

From my first contact with Luke at Eclipse our African adventure was molded to perfection. Luke listened and organised everything according to our wishes. Being used to organising things myself it was hard to hand over the reins but Luke made me feel confident that he had our best interest at heart and organised an amazing trip for us.
We were greeted as we exited our first airport in Arusha and the attention to detail for the following four weeks never waivered. Each tour company Eclipse had engaged where efficient and attentive. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and all seemed to be as excited as us out on our safaris. We went to six different game parks, from Kenya through to South Africa, and each experience was special and unique in its own way. All accommodation was beyond our expectations and our safari experiences continued to surprise and delight us every day.
I would not hesitate in recommending Eclipse travel to place your trust, and holiday, in the hands of.

This was an incredibly well run and organised tour and nowhere was this more obvious to us than at the very start.
We arrived at our local airport, Hobart, at 5.00am for a 6.00 am flight to Sydney and then via Auckland to South America, only to be told there was no leg from Sydney onwards. Shock, panic. What to do at that early time of the morning?
By 5.30 am we were in communication with an Eclipse spokesperson, and by 9.00 am we had been promised a re-routed flight via Melbourne, Perth and the Middle East. Not an ideal route I must admit and not one I would normally reccommend but Eclipse took instant control of the situation and managed to divert what could have been an absolute disaster into something that did save our holiday.
From our touchdown in Rio until our return to Hobart every aspectof the trip ran like clockwork. All guides were thoroughly knowledgeable and professional, all accommodation was well located and of a good standard and the itineary was exactly as we had been promised. Throughout the trip we felt secure in the knowledge that we would continue to experience what we had paid for.

Patagonia has spectacular scenery accessible by dramatic hikes. The accommodation was very comfortable and reflected the unique culture and environment of the region. All the guides were knowledgeable and staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the enjoyment of the whole experience.

Eclipse travel organized our one-month tour of South America. The trip is well prepared to include the “best of South America” as well as tailor to our preference. The connections of the whole trip were seamless. Almost all guides are knowledgeable and friendly. The hotels are comfortable. We have enjoyed amazing landscapes, experienced the different cultures and learned the history of South America. There were lots of enquiries and changes of ideas during the start of our trip plan, Shae has been very patient and professional in dealing with our concerns and requirements. You never know how much you need a great travel agent until you do . On a very recent trip we had an expedition cruise cancelled and a train trip cancelled due to unexpected events beyond the providers control . This required some very quick rescheduling of flights ,hotels and a cruise in the middle of the night ,Matt and his team at Eclipse travel delivered and we still had an exceptional holiday .
