Overall very good - choice of safari camps, tours, transfers, general comfort and amenities.

Two less good things - your advice about yellow fever was unclear and you should be more precise about importnat things like that.

Second your advice about laundry was wrong - laundry services were available at all the camps, and were mostly free. Knowing this would have made a big difference to what we packed.

"Wonderful experience"

This was a very well organised trip. Met at the airport, transfers etc. Accommodation and meals were first class. Guides were courteous and very knowledgable. Very safe.
The highlight of the trip was to see so many animals in the wild, many in close proximity. Also to see close up living conditions so different from our own and to experience Masai culture.
There is a lot of road travel involved, and some roads pretty rough. What you see makes up for some minor discomfort.
Highly recommended.

We couldn't fault our trip to South America in any way. Every thing possible was taken care of for us,& when a small problem arose it was immediately taken care of by Karen in the Christchurch office. All of our hotels & their staff, guides, tours, vehicles and drivers were
helpful, friendly, & willing to go the extra mile to make our trip a fantastic experience! Even though I use a walking stick or wheelchair, they made my 50 year dream of getting to Machu Pichu come true.

As a family if 6 who visit Africa from Australia twice a year doing Aid work we were keen to have a holiday for once . Matt from eclipse travel surpassed all expectations by locating us a Namibian 4wd self drive safari which our four teenage sons were thrilled to partake in . We were a little concerned as the price of this Safari was negligible compared to many others quoted but we have it a go !
Every part of the trip was astounding . The car choice , the accomodation bookings were faultless , the directions on our map so accurate . We can’t recommend Matt and his help high enough and will return to his company to bring many more travellers to remote African corners with confidence . Thanks eclipse travel !

"Blake at Eclipse Travel and his team…"

Blake at Eclipse Travel and his team mates were fantastic assisting with all our holiday bookings and also with things when we were in a bit of a pickle. A bird strike on our exiting plane meant a 7 hour delay and no way to connect with our homeward bound flight from Oslo. 0230 am Thursday was a working Friday in Sydney and by the time our flight eventually departed Longyearben our homeward trip had been organised, stopover in Oslo booked, everything done. Great service. I recommend to everyone.
