"Wow really didn't think companies like…"

Wow really didn't think companies like this still existed. Order placed on saturday (with £46 taken from my account to cover substitutions ???) online for delivery between 11&12 sunday. Message received at 11.45 to say delivery delayed. I rang them at 14.45 to see if I would get order oh yes they told me they had excelerated the order it would be with me by 15.15. Received message at 15.00 saying delayed. Then message at 16.00 saying further delay. I have now completed form for a refund which I presume is what they wanted me to do at 11 this morning. I'm lucky I can afford to wait 5 days for my money to be returned and despite being poorly (hence the order) I will manage to either rustle something up out of the freezer to eat or get one of the countless other companies to deliver. Once my money is back app will be deleted, emails unsubscribed and coop blocked. Good luck surviving coop.

Awful food in the bag! Why put GLUTEN FREE pizza in the bag? Disgusting and awful bashed up food which was inedible!
This was at Radbrook Green store in Shrewsbury and cost £3.99!

Coop Marston Headington Oxford. Excellent customer service from hard working Team Leaders Tom & Wendy who swiftly defused a situation between their rude colleague and myself- I have ignored her behaviour before, put down to her having a bad day as its not the normal atmosphere of the store.Today she was too rude and argumentative for me to excuse as other customers corrected her also.
Happy to continue my custom there thanks to Tom and Wendy as one bad apple does not spoil the bunch in this Coop branch.
Thank you Wendy and Tom; And to Matty also, keeps the store spick and span, always friendly and welcoming as are his team leaders.

Negligible savings. Thankfully only use coop if on holiday in remote locations where only coop and spar plus local shops exist

Staff very rude accused my 69 yrs old sister of stealing a thunderball ticket which she was exchanging for me. £3 thunderball win for equivalent for next draw catchier had the ticket by the ticket only handing over when she had emptied her bag on counter to prove she hadn’t got called her a liar left her tears on speaking to team leader who was acting manager my sister was accused of stealing and lying and was told she was making it all up 🤬🤬

Awfull disabled so a regular order on line 3 times now they have not delivered my order last time it was still in the fridge waiting to be collected had to call them 2nd time took my money never delivered had to call for a refund and 3 gays ago the same took my money but never delivered spk with delivery driver and he said its Alan's fault as no delivery drivers available in Rainhill? Once again they left me with no money in the bank and no food tried get help chat Co op Facebook are a waste of space called Rainhill Co op said its the drivers fault

After a really long day at work, I popped into my local coop, picked up a bottle of wine and saw there was a movie deal on, ANY 2 pizzas and a tub of ice cream. (I did take a pic of the t&c's of the offer, but cannot upload it).
Reading the offer it states ANY 2 coop stonebaked pizzas plus a tub of ben and jerrys for £5, when we got to the check out we were told that one of the pizzas wasn't in the deal, by a proper jobsworth, Sarah.
After a really stressful day, all I wanted was to get in and have something easy to eat, but no said Sarah.
I would have just bought the pizza on its own, but it's just too expensive outside of the deal, and not a great quality for the price.
If you're going to issue these "offers" then it needs to be clear in the fine print of any exemptions or it needs to be taken down.
Will not be using any coop again and I would like my £1 for signing up for such a rubbish service.

Went into Armthorpe store to get the great offer of two Pizzas, tub of Ben & Jerrie’s and a credit for a movie on Amazon via the receipt. I told I couldn’t use the iOS app or membership number as it’s “Central!”
Asked for the receipt and she said that I can’t use it to get a film credit. So she didn’t give me the receipt. Not impressed! Why advertise offers if COOP members can’t take advantage of them, I don’t know who gets the offers.
