"Condescending Staff Out of Date Goods"

Read your trust pilot feedback Co Op!! I bought four lots of doughnuts/cakes for my office, didn’t realise they were 1 day in date and stale, complained on messenger and was dealt with by a condescending staff member who only refunded me less than half the cost, his reply, after stating ‘that was the co op’s final response’ and knowing I wanted to take it further, thats your choice Tracey. Have a lovely weekend 😀 How rude and disrespectful. Appalling customer service.

"Members card scam/ Misleading.…"

So today I found out that the members card they promote to customers is a scam ? Can’t be used in most stores multiple times I’ve wasted my time traveling to a store to be told they don’t accept my type of card. Not a happy customer at all.

Worse chicken and bacon pasta salad I've ever had. The sauce was basically mustard. I'll stick to Tesco!!

Vegetables rotting in plastic bags,even in cold weather. Not good enough. Instead of moving away from plastic the co-op seems to be moving in the opposite direction.

Over the past few months, I have noticed a significant decline in my experience at the co-op located at 386 Shooters Hill Rd. It seems that prices have increased without valid justification, which is already frustrating in itself. However, what bothers me the most is the staff's attitude. Whenever I ask for help or information, I am met with rude and often irritable responses. The employees even roll their eyes as if I am a nuisance. This behavior is unacceptable and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I really hope the store management will take these concerns seriously and work to improve customer service. I believe that a more welcoming and respectful environment would benefit both customers and the store's reputation. Until I see concrete improvements, I cannot recommend this store at no one.

"Noticed your purchase costing more than…"

Noticed your purchase costing more than what you calculated before you got to the till? your not bad at math, coop purposefully mark the majority of their prices lower than they actually are.

This has been the case for me on numerous occasions and at numerous different locations, well not anymore I'm taking my custom elsewhere.

"Online delivery service Shocking"

Online delivery not delivered to my address.although message received to say order complete. Called customer service who told me this would be sorted strait away waited in all day still no delivery. Called the shop Colinton village Edinburgh to be told they could not help and to get in touch with customer services. Were not bothered I had not received my order. Called customer services waiting time 30mins.. Then filled in online form giving details of order no. Message from them hours later for more information. Needed delivery number and date ordered. Information I had already given them. Next day Still not received order so I cancelled my order. Asked for a refund which will take 3-5days Funny when you order this money taken from your account same day but refunds take longer. This shoddy organisation needs to up its game. Will never shop with them again.

I will never shop again in this store…or any other Co-op store after this bad experience..
There was no staff at the till(0650-0655) 10-02-25..
After waiting a few minutes… I asked a staff member, I was ready… still waited a few minutes later… I walked out the store buying nothing..
I went to the premier shop across the street … I spent £ 5… I was in and out in seconds..
Does the staff member (where was he/she) release people have to go work..
