Ordered online 3 times for it to be cancelled or not arrived now. Only three times ever ordered. Disgraceful online service

My local store is normally great,But… I placed an order online and on the app it said my driver was with me..Not! I phoned him to find out he was nowhere near. In fact the store, from where he was sent,didn’t give him the post code so he drove to a random address!
Then he told me over half my order was not in stock!
I cancelled my order and now will have to wait I don’t know how long to get this sorted,if it ever does get sorted!
NEVER AGAIN!
In all fairness in 2 days (after contacting them through Twitter ) my money was refunded. I would buy from the store but would not do an online shop.

"Widcombe Bath Body odour smell"

The coop store in widcombe Bath has a reeks of body odour.... The smell is so overwhelmingly unpleasant that it off putting to shop there. I appreciate that it's a difficult sensitive issue to raise with the staff member who smells, but at the same time it needs to be raised as ultimately the staff member is working in around food and I don't want to shop there.

I do like some coop products & always take advantage of my offers but my gripe is about the delivery service. My past couriers have been ok a couple of errors in the orders a pain however, I ordered 9 items today yet 8 arrived when I rang customer service was told the item was out of stock, this didn't show when I placed the order. The most annoying was my husband was at home awaiting delivery yet the driver left the order on the step, this is disgusting as my shopping could have been stolen come on coop this bad.

The co op shops prices go up way to high every few weeks I've noticed for instance a pack of 6 or 5 cadburys creme eggs £4.60,ridiculous,Member prices are short and not enough personally this dying co operative begone.Now Aldis the peoples shop is number 1 on the market.

I am absolutely furious. I bought seedless grapes and every grape has at lease one seed in it. Step it up Co-op I had way higher hopes.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Every single time we order you manage to get something wrong then we have to fight for our money back
But tonight, tonight was the cherry on top.

Not only did you manage to give the delivery driver the completely wrong order, the poor delivery driver didn’t have a clue what was going on, sent him back to the store to collect the right order. While the delivery drivers waiting out the back like an animal.

You then left me answered on call for 8 minutes while I could hear you slagging off your staff members, refusing to pack our food that we paid for. Bad management bad customer service absolutely shameful company. And as for staff working tonight I suggest HR look into them for bullying within the work placement.

Disgusting.
