It's not just this time it's every time, they simply can't deliver.
The driver is either late or just doesn't show up at all. The ordering and payment system works fine but they are badly let down with delivery. They give you a slot and it never works, we've had enough now, and we're only 3 miles from the shop

Made an order online for delivery. Had an email to say it was picked and then nothing. I had to chase them to see why it wasn’t delivered on the day expected and got a short reply with no explanation. I went online to submit a complaint and got a reply 5 minutes later saying they take the matter seriously, but giving no explanation. As it took 5 minutes to reply I don’t believe any sort of investigation was made as to what happened. No idea how they make any money as they don’t seem bothered about doing their job

The stars are for the very helpful employee who made sure my bags were not too heavy to lift, and carried them to my car. My attempt to order online failed and I have limited mobility. He gave me a membership card to register for life. For the third time.

At 16 I got a Saturday job and my pocket money ceased, so the lifetime membership and the book to register my purchases and the dividend were like a quarterly bonus. And it was for life! After some time abroad, I found that had changed and expired and I needed a membership card in the 80's for life.

I tried to place an online order and at the end the system informed me that they do not deliver overseas so they could not accept it. I do not know when Flintshire in Wales became overseas. The helpline was not. The operator said something about VPN checking. But the problem is from the Coop end as all my other regular orders have no problem. I tried your online complaint form: It was rejected because of an invalid phone number, which has been in use for about a year. If you have out of date information from an expired life-time membership, that is not my fault. However, your site had not asked me for address and phone number details with life membership no.3. Your store is nearer than most of the others so would cost less to deliver and you have a reasonable variety. If you cannot sort this out, you will suffer. There are other stores.

Was fancing a drink, for the party I'm going to attend next week. Saw a red wine Shiraz Eagle bottle on sale for £2.83.
Went to the till been waiting for someone to help me, as the guy inside the counter was helping somebody else. I was charged at the till the full price of £7.50

I did called the manager, and He said He could not honoured the £2.83 label because was not supposed to be there (label). Five or 6 costumers, were saying, they should honour the label, He refused.
After a 6-7 minutes, I left empty handed. I felt stupid and embarassed by this experience. That is why want to call CO-op Thieves. If we don't noticed, they charge us full price for something advertised reduced price. Wasted time and felt embarassed. For a sake of £4.67, they recived this negative feedback, and lost a costumer!!! Better stick with cheaper supermarkets, which honour the reduced labels. THIEVES. An ex costumer!!! Won't return again. AVOID

"My orders for over the last 12 months…"

My orders for over the last 12 months are either cancelled last minute, leaving me with no food, money took from my account, and lengthy waits for my money back, and have to spend double ordering elsewhere.
If the food arrives half of it has a very short use by date, or arrives defrosted and melting!
Shocking customer service. Called to log a complaint, advisor didn't log complaint, I had to repeatedly ask for a reference number.. told its 3-4 WEEKS for a manager to contact me back.
I am ill and housebound with no food in and was relying on this delivery!
Never ordering with you fools again.

I have the best co op as my neighbour. All staff are amazing. Paul knows I’m struggling on a tight budget and enlightens me to good deals. He engages with my kids and grandkids and we look forward to seeing him. Even when we are not shopping the staff at Hereford College Road co op are so lovely they will wave and engage. Sam is the cutest and knows what everone orders or buys. He is fast efficient and never ever fails to smile or be efficient. Sam’s smile energy deserves recognition. Tonight my phone was dying but he had my order ready smiled and made my day. I was worried I could not use my e member discounts or Apple Pay but he is so brill and friendly in all situations. Big love to college rd co op they go over and beyond.
