"EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE"

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE! EXTREMELY PATHETIC AND INCOMPETENT! Firstly, there are long queues with only one person serving. Its basic common sense/pure logic to have a few customer service assistants be stationed at different at a few tills so to become more effective and efficient. Secondly, the team is very rude-''No thank you or please''. They have a patronising/condescending attitude!
Thirdly, I have been overcharged twice for a product that I should have had a discount with my Co-op card! IF THE ATROCIOUS/TERRIBLE SERVICE PERSISTS, I WILL BE EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE, RUTHLESS AND FORCEFUL TO PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN THE MY LOCAL co-op!!!!

"Terrible delivery service"

There has been quite a few occasions when they have failed to deliver my shopping and marked it as delivered in the system. I then have to go through a whole process of chasing a refund for a missed delivery. Right now its two days since my last missed delivery and I am still awaiting a response which is terrible service around christmas when I need the money. There has been occasions in the past where an item was not delivered or the wrong item delivered and I have not received a refund. I do not wish to shop with them anymore as it just seems to risky.

I get emails from Co-op Food saying get a delivery in less than 60 minutes. When I sign in, for example at 12.57pm, the earliest delivery slot I'm provided with is 4pm to 5pm. More like delivery in over 3 hours than under an hour.

Been in a fair few times and stood waiting at the till for tobacco products along with other shopping. Theres either no one on the tills or girls stood there with back to to you talking amongst themselves. On at least 3 occassions ive just put shopping down and walked out. Needless to say i wont be shopping there again.

I accidentally purchased the wrong tobacco and then exchanged it for the correct tobacco but I never received a refund for the wrong one, I tried the customer complaints procedure and they didn't care one bit I had multiple emails between us then they told me they would review the CCTV and that was the last I heard from them,they know I'm right and they know their due me a refund! I have never been back to the store since and never will again and I'm absolutely disgusted by the way the complaints procedure has been handled!

absoutely appauling , i was in the baker street store inside the station and saw a mouse in the fridge cabinet and the smell of the fridge made me physically very sick and could not get rid of the smell which was all over the items i had , which i ended up throwing away. i reported to both manager in store and customer service who did nothing!!!!! i will report to environmental health Avoid!!!

Always overcharged without realising. Self serve machines do not allow enough time for a receipt!

Online customer service are morons that do not acknowledge your concerns, refuse to understand and refuse to rectify the issue.

Deleting the crappy app and never shopping at Co-op again.
