"Central Co-OP Memership"

I am reviewing the Central CO-OP as I found my blue CO-OP card doesn't work in Norfolk apart from adding points, but not offers. So many food items are cheaper if you have the yellow honeycomb card, even milk which is 40p cheaper if you have the correct Co-op card. I don't think you should need a card to get cheaper basic food items.I have downloaded the App to my phone but cannot open it, probably through lack of memory What happened to sending cards through the post? I shall have to continue to pay more!

customer service terrible if you order one of there so called deals online and they dont have one item they charge you full price contacted customer service and the told me i should have read the small print and have the time they dont even reply only the automated junk reply and no one to contact not even a sorry. I have no choice to order from them as I live rural no shops and there prices go up weekly.

"Poor quick shop delivery experience"

Ordered just 3 items on a quick shop delivery. Only needed 1 of the items urgently but the company makes you spend a minimum amount before they will allow you to use their quick home delivery service. When the order arrived at my door I discovered the wrong item had been sent. I called customer services immediately to ask if the right item could be brought and swapped over as they had made a mistake and I needed the item urgently - hence why I had used a quick delivery service - but the answer was no, they don't have drivers available to do this even though they would find a driver quick enough if I was to place another order. So now I pay for 2 items I didn't really need because Coop are not prepared to put right their serious failings in their quick delivery service. I personally won't use the service again.

Can't believe how poor the after sales customer service is. I have been trying to resolve an issue for 9 months now relating to a disappearing rewards balance. Very poor communication and no will to resolve. It is bad enough having to pay their inflated prices for local shopping - but when they don't pay rewards due as well..!

I avoid the Stonehouse co-op as much as possible due to previous bad experiences but today we just needed an onion. I weighed it, got a bar code sticker and tried to scan it at the self-serve check out but got a message to wait for an assistant. I was told that the scanner "won't do onions" and I'd have to go to the checkout. After standing in the long queue the guy scanned my onion and then said his till had frozen, "because it doesn't like onions". Finally managed to buy my onion from another till. You couldn't make it up.

Milk goes off quickly useby date 25 July today is the 20 July milk kept in fridge at home at correct temperature, checked with store. Noticed that milk on delivery is being left at room temperature I.e. not in store fridge for a long time as staff are too busy dealing with deliveroo and other on line services .Staff are treated unfairly needs to be sorted

My local branch tonight for some basics. Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute. Around 7pm. Nobody on checkouts. 1 person on cigarette counter but a queue. All that leaves is self scan. First problem 2 of the 5 machines have the green "ready" light but jammed as people seem to have abandoned half way through. I go to an empty one. It won't recognise my coop membership card. Ok, they have done away with the dividend and I don't have any of their useless members "reductions" anyway. Scanned first item that was Ok. Wouldn't recognise the bar code on 2nd item (bottle of milk) so I try 5 times. Blood pressure rising so I just buy nothing and walk away. Basket sitting there. The self scan code scanner is behind glass. It is dirty, smeared with god knows what. Exactly as it was the last time I was in when eventually one of the staff, wordlessly and in bad humour keyed in the items' codes manually.

Enough is enough. I won't be back.
