"Coop Creepy and confused labelling on Deliveroo"

Sometimes good but they do the most off putting and creepy things like instead of saying “Meat, Fish and Poultry “ like Waitrose , Sainsburys and other do they list meat under “Protein” it really puts people off they sound like one of those meat heads at the gym. Their labelling on Deliveroo is very confusing, it’s like they have school kids running the online parts of the company .

Co-op meat and fresh vegetables are the best 👌 we love the whole chicken and after trying Marks and Spencer, Asda, Tescos even our local butcher amongst many other brands, they don't match the flavour and quality of Co-op also their higher standards of animal welfare free to roam birds are reflected in the quality. The vegetables and eggs are great too. Would buy all my food shopping here if I could. Highly recommended 👌 Hagley Rd store Birmingham

New Co Op Mill rd Cambridge UK , went in few days ago to browse new renovation of store. Only needed cooking chocolate so went to self service, all, unless mistaken were card only tills. Went to kiosk area & joined long que. Staff are behind a plastic all inclosed kiosk with small doors they open to accept the basket and close once basket empty, the scanned food goes as usual to packing area again a door they close once packed. One woman asked for the Assistant to put scanned food near as couldn’t reach that far into kiosk. Honestly I felt like I was a criminal and if this I’d the sign of the times especially for Mill Rd I will go elsewhere. Exstremely impersonal no interaction, staff looked on high alert with their security cameras on. Passport control it felt like at the plastic kiosk bubble . So many elderly people shop on mill road ,so sad to see that antisocial behaviour has forced staff behind security kiosks to serve customers. Surprised I wasn’t body searched on way out. Higher prices off putting.
