Your store at Abingdon West St Helens, was today throwing out good food as they had not reduced it in time for it to be sold. Shame on you! I thought you were supposed to have green ethics

"Always short-staffed withserable old…"

Always short-staffed with miserable old women who just don't want to be there. Then when you go to pay no one helps you as there is a problem. I.e over 18 ID takes 10 minutes in the quick queue. Do it yourself isle, so that doesn't work. Then when you go to pay by card they make you feel pressure with extra button for the dementia charity so that they can say. Oh aren't we great look how much we made for charity when they rack me off every time I go in there by pressing this button I wear glasses. It's hard enough they just make it worse. And when you say I don't want to pay it so press the button. So I say no. You put it on there. You press the button then we have a standoff till they press the button. Take this bloody button off. If I want to pay to dementia I will do so. I ain't doing it for your justification to say how great you are in the local community. Needless to say, I've cut my experiences, even though local to me, at the co-op as it's just a pain

Your store on Weston road Meir stoke on trent has the rudest staff ive ever had the misfortune to engage with.
There seems to be a lady ,about early twenties who all the rest are following with her attitude towards customers.she is very ignorant ,makesno attempt at any rapor and is very facially insultive .

"Local co-op a no go area."

Not great have been shopping at my local co-op in Ramsgate since it opened many years ago, but talk about gone down hill is an understatement.

The very young staff really don't care like the older members of staff do, they pack your bag for you by putting a loaf of bread at the bottom & pack all the heavy stuff on top by the time you get home your bread is a pancake, & that's if the thin carry bags don't split on your way home!!

I only go there now if I need one or two items I no longer do a couple of carry bags of shopping like I used too, the store is too cluttered with stock trolleys, cardboard piled up in the store all over the place.

Being disabled & having to use crutches it's impossible for me to safely get round the store, when I say anything to members of staff I just get "it wasn't me" no one wants to take any responsibility in the store.

As for who the manager is I am sure this must be their first time at retail management, the store is run like a corner sweet shop, not a serious retail food shop.

Shoplifters walk in & out without even being stopped it's shocking to watch the staff just look at them & walk away as fast as they can, crazy how any company can trade like this?

If you are a thief, you can go shopping and walk out without paying. You won't get stopped or prosecuted. They will just let you walk away.
A young Coop worker got sacked recently for challenging thieves.
The police don't care and the Coop don't either.
Disgusting! I will never shop there again!!!

Aylesham store failing when you walk in to empty shelves at 9am put items back went to premier across the square they have more choice.

"Creepy security guards"

At my local shore, twice in a row two separate asian security guards have harassed me to the point that I shop short or withdraw from shopping altogether and leave due to being uncomfortable. I simply cannot concentrate let alone shop. Their peeping/staring standings opposite
aisles antics are terribly distracting! These guards prejudge people as though as they've done something wrong and watch you as you get to the till or peep back and forth. Their highly creepy and passive aggressive behaviour put me off from future shopping at my local co-op branch. At least there's a new Aldi shore that to open in future. Avoid!
