If I could use nil stars I would. Tried to order a shop. Get to checkout, try to pay by Gmail ( what has happened to PayPal? . Won't accept joint account bank card. Try again with my own personal bank card. Have to wait for verification code. Try to get back to site, realise I've got to go back to beginning of ordering shop. Get back to checkout and verification code has expired and I'm expected to go through whole rigmarole again. Well sod it , haven't got time, will go somewhere else.

Disgusting! No respect for the customer! Something's always wrong. Worst quality food and massively overpriced!

"Second time CO-OP hasn’t delivered same day groceries"

This is the second time my online order with CO-OP has not arrived. This time it says it’s delivered! No. There was even a tracking picture with a bike with my groceries being delivered but it didn’t deliver to me at my address!!!! So allegedly someone living in the area has my groceries I just spent my money on delivered free to them. Why don’t CO-OP have a simple security code for each delivery? NEVER AGAIN.
The COOP contact number is not available in the middle of the day. They have my money and I’m hungry!

Struggle to get to the £15 minimum spend for delivery, despite this being a very expensive store. There is more ‘out of stock’ than in. Just spent 20 mins browsing the store for something to order to go with my bottle of milk, in the end gave up!

Normally I’m very happy with my experience with purchasing products from co-op. However in recent weeks I have purchased bags of sweet and sweet popcorn both seem to have a strong taste of manure. This has happened twice now. So as you can imagine I’m not very pleased. I really hope you can get to the bottom of this. Thank you very much.

My wife went to the store to apply for an international driving license for myself at Danbury Chelmsford, but the store manager, Paulina, refused to process it because I wasn't present. I had called and clarified through the PayPoint website that this was incorrect. It's clearly stated on the website that anyone can apply on behalf of another person. Despite this, she still refused so I had to make a complaint to coop and paypoint for her misrepresentation. At least go to the website and check instead of making up rules herself.

Prices are quite reasonable for a local store. Conveniently places in Skelton high street. Staff dont appear to be rushed about like eg Aldi or Asda. Rarely any queue. Co-op card gets you discounts and money back plus helps the local community.

Non profit organisation so no greedy owners.

I 've started using co-op a lot more lately and hope you do too. We need a fairer country and co-op are part of that

Shocking customer service and rude supervisor/manager. Went to collect parcel and had ID etc, supervisor/manager would not accept ID even though it’s detailed on the website. Went later using the post office easy ID app and they knew nothing about this app, even though it’s a post office app and again states this is acceptable on website. Supervisor/manager very dismissive and rude.

I was advised on savings. Very clear and thorough but a little fast. I was not offered any leaflets and expected to open the door and come in myself. Small complaints but possibly be a bit more professional. Lovely people though
