I made an order for delivery this evening and they ignored it. No receipt or acknowledgement. Without question the worst service of any online shopping. I'd advise you do not use them.

I used to have a Co-Op card. Decided to load the App recently to see what I could save. Paid my £1. Went in my local shop to be told it doesn’t work because I’ve got the wrong Co-Op????? Apparently there are several regional versions. So who has my £1 and why is the Co-Op not the Co-Op anymore. Almost taking money under false pretences

BAD experience don’t usually order as my co-op isn’t far but I’ve pulled my back in work yesterday. I’ve been in bed all day. My food slot was between 1-2pm so 4 hours ago it was picked and I’ve had no communication from them since no food has turned up. Just had to cancel as I’ve been sat in waiting this whole time not knowing if it’s even come in so I’m going out to the shops myself. What a joke won’t be using this again and I won’t be using the co-op either shocking service not even a message to say it wasn’t coming, but they could text me to tell me that it was picked poor communication.

I can't believe this is happening to me again. For the 3rd time in a week I have been charged for products which never arrived. Tonight I placed my order, then received the order picked email. Everything (apparently)was there and no mention of substitutions. When it arrived no apple juice ,gold bars or muffins . So tomorrow I will phone customer service where they will hopefully give me a refund. They will probably be very apologetic as usual , but I have been offered no explanation as to why this keeps happening. They are going to think I am some sort of serial complainer but I have just had enough of companies taking customers for granted.

It's a shame Co-op food products cannot be reviewed on their web site (well I couldn't see how to do it). I don't mind the co op although very expensive, but their breaded cod is quite revolting. I don't even think it's a whole fish but bits stuck together in a fish like shape. It's dry and mushy and horrible. We need to feedback on products.

Thought I’d give the home delivery another go , big mistake . It’s already 2 hours late . Last time it was 24 hours late and the time before 6 . What’s the point of offering a service you can’t fulfil ??? I can highly recommend Iceland for same day service . Add to the mix no one is answering the phone and you’re struggling to give them 1 star

Went in to buy rolling tobacco at 9:49 and was told they had shut the cigarette cabinet so couldn't get any. They had only just locked it and they had the keys in their hand. Co- op closes at 10pm so customers should be able to buy stuff up to that time!
