Keep emailing them for an official complaint,and automatically comes as wrong email or other excuses so they don't have to deal.
It's a shame how a company like this allows still in this times homophobic, racism people within the company (specially the recruitment team).

Caroline at the store in Cottingham is amazing. I was having the most stressful morning and needed to pick my parcel up from Coop. I am 34 weeks pregnant it was pouring with rain and I had my dog with me. I couldn’t leave my dog outside as there was no where spare to tie her. She could see I needed help so came to me, scanned my QR code and brought my parcel to the door. This was the kind gesture I needed today! Thanks Caroline!

Coop refused deliveroo order. Why say available for deliveries on deliveroo if you can't fulfil an order. I ordered about £55 worth of stuff so am sure most of it would have been available even if a few items were not, so no reason to refuse. What a waste of my time putting on the order and then waiting until hearing after 10 minutes that they didn't accept it. Basic items too - nothing out of the ordinary.

A normal 400grm size punnet of strawberries. Your ripping people off calling them large, they ve always been 400grms , but charging nearly £4 , ripoff merchants

Absolute joke of a shop, staffed by clowns.
Had some shopping delivered at 16:45 pm on the 9th May, the bread they delivered expires at midnight. So it is bascially off in just over 7 hours.
This is the second time on the trot this happened, there won't be a third. I am never spending another penny with this joke of an outfit. Absolutely useless!!
