Be very careful ordering online for groceries as the price you see changes NOT only when added to the basket but after it's been picked??? Trying to get your money back is like waiting to win the lottery?? Customer service isn't in this country?? One adviser actually said " we was in the process of increasing the price of that product so you have to pay the extra price " ??? Absolutely laughable?? One other adviser said the price you see goes up because online groceries are more expensive than advertised?? Never known any other big supermarket chain doing this ? After you receive your order sit down and add up exactly making sure you have all your discounts that was advertised. I spend over £100 some weeks just on things we have run out of ( Not my big shop) go to Aldi for that, AMAZING STORE, last order I had a damaged sandwich filler at £1.85 they asked for detailed pictures??? They still owe me for £1.10p for over charged Birds Eye potato waffles and watch out for the HAPPY EGGS advertised at £2.75 but they charge you £3 ??? You can tell when a reputable company cares about their customers as on here (TRUST PILOT) they would answer each and every review saying " SORRY" or get in touch with us ? But nothing under any review. COOP has been trading for a very long time, think it was the 50's they started you would think that as a huge company that do Banking, Funerals etc that they would have excellent customer service but they haven't. I've taken screenshots of the online price and the date and the proof of delivery receipt to prove the over charging, my question is COOP ARE YOU LEGALLY ALLOWED TO DO THIS ?? NOT SURE IF THIS IS ONE FOR TRADING STANDARDS 🤔

Just purchased 4 bread buns that cost £1.70. Had BB date the 27th April on them. Got them home and when you cut into them just disintegrating/falling apart in your hands. Stale bread buns and you are charging almost £2 for them.

Long queues, staff having smoke breaks outside, missing products on shelves, milk getting expensive but I doubt the producer farmer is getting more of that price. Always 2 for 1, or 3 for 2 offers with a single item very expensive - I do not need 2 or 3, I just want 1! Fell for a reduced price Coop spaghetti carbonara as a last minute supper - absolutely vile, couldn't finish it.

Beyond a joke prices on all cheap goods have shot up its every other week and its being put on all the cheaper items so now you can't even do a frugal shop as all the low end goods have been slapped with a huge rise 20 to 30 % and out of date food they'd rather throw it away than put a reasonable discount on it , use to be about costomer s no more !!!! Says it all when booths works out cheaper!!!

Went into my local store for eggs. There was none on shelf so asked assistant in the aisle, she told me they’d just got a delivery in and were sorting through! In an arrogant tone. Any good assistant would have been like “no probs I’ll just go and get some as we’ve just had a delivery”

So I was applying for a job... The website was having lots of technical difficulties. So I proceeded to contact them. Was spoken to very rudely and told that there were no issues with their website. I then told her that there clearly was an issue and if like to speak to a manager. She said you'll be waiting 72 hours. What the actual fluke!! She clearly called me a liar when I'm just advising her that your website was down. I will not stop badly reviewing this company till someone contacts me!! Absolute appalled with your service and that she needs sacking and then some.

Ordered a shop for between 2and 4pm, received an email saying they would deliver at 5.04 pm, it’s now 7.50 and no sign of delivery or notification, no way to contact them, first and last time I shop online with co op.
