Is so freaking wrong, I booked a flight to Kuala Lumpur, and suddenly, there is an agent notifying that there is not luggage included, that would cost me over 294£ then he tried to sell me off other different flights with 37h that where costing 120£less that the one I got. He was trying to appear as a polite & helpful but not at all... I could hear the fake voice telling me that was my fault for not asking what type of luggage was included, but it is not specify anywhere!!!! Then he told me that as a favor he will let me to cancelled for 30£, when I did the cancellation payment he actually he tried to make me to do it twice by telling me that he didn't get the money!!!!! Whaaaaat ???

Scammers. Booked a flight with them for 729. I didn't receive a confirmation email. Few hours later a man with very rude manners called and ask me to pay another 242 pounds if I need to include a baggage. I took a screenshot of the booking confirmation and it mentions ' baggage included per adult'. They said it's the cabin bag and refused refund without a cancellation fee.

I booked a flight from London to Nashville for £505 from December 16th - January 9th. Had it confirmed just to get a phone call 2 mins later, saying they will charge me £293 FOR A BAG. I told them I will pay at the airport £60 which I usually get charged. He put me on hold to tell me the flight is gone and someone else took the last ticket. So because I didnt want to pay close to £300 FOR LUGGAGE, the ticket apparently went to someone else. SCAM of a website and trash customer service, DO NOT USE.
