I booked a boat tour with Shore Excursion Group, but it was canceled at the last minute by the local service provider, completely ruining my port day. The provider assured me they would inform SEG and initiate a refund, but that never happened. I called SEG after my trip, and despite a few days passing, there has been no update and I am still waiting for my refund. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

Updates:
I received my refund two days after Craig responded to my review, which prompted me to change my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. I hope SHG can partner with more reliable local service providers on their platform.
