The website was so easy to use given that they aligned available excursions with our specific port days. A definite advantage over other excursion companies. We found the pricing to be in line with or a bit higher than free standing competitors but the excursions may be a bit more inclusive. Be sure to review the cancelation policy before you purchase since you are required to pay upfront for your excursions with a 14 day cancelation policy. Unless it is ship or port issues that impede you excursions. We have never used Shore Excursions before so the quality of the excursion is up for review. I am just saying the website experience is 5 stars.

In Bonaire ... cave exploration tour ...
1. Guide arrived more than 20 minutes late.
2. The vehicle used, for the four of us plus the guide, was a beat up small pick-up truck.
3. The guide was tired, and communication enroute to the first cave was minimal.
4. No real safety brief given.
5. In the first cave, the guide did not have his flashlight on, nor provided guidance on where to step ... as a result, we had a serious accident in the cave that required us to leave the excursion and go the the ship's medical center, then to the hospital in Bonaire.
I've been trying to get a response from Shore Excursions Group, to at least get a refund for the tour, but so far, they have not responded. (It's been two weeks since the accident).
