"Great excursions for a better price"

I am a repeat customer of SEG over the past several cruises my family has taken. I went on three SEG excursions on a Hawaiian cruise in December 2024, and they were great. SEG has many excursions that are similar to what the cruise lines offer but at a lower price and better value. It is definitely worth checking out the options.

"No discount given"

Firstly, this was the 2nd time my credit card was rejected, on your website. I made the required phone called to provide the exact credit card number again to your agent…payment went through.
Secondly, I did NOT receive my 10% discount from a previous tour review. It was explained that agent couldn’t find the review. I was advised to write review again, which I did (immediately) and still did not receive the 10% discount.
Hopefully, someone can review this experience and provide the 10% credit.

"Stole my money!"

They do not honor their cancellation policy and do not respond in a timely fashion. I cancelled the tour on their website, in plenty of time per their policy, (almost thirty days prior) and they never refunded my money. $360 in the trash and they do not take any responsibility. Do not give them your money!
