Our experience benefited from a very knowledgeable and friendly guide.
The tour was thorough, although rushed because of the disappointingly large group size. Additionally we constantly had to wait for members with accessibility issues to catch up, which cut into the tour's time. As a result, no lunch break was possible.
Please note, this tour is ideal for small groups whose members can walk and stand for long periods of time.

it'd be better if each excursion listed on the/your shoreexcursionsgroup.com has its own unique ID like the VacationsToGo.com identifies the cruise trip by the unique ID, then the excursions planning with friends would be much easier; less chance to introduce errors.

I like the cruise list on the VacationsToGo.com because all individual cruise trips have their own unique IDs (FastDeal#), which is easier to share/plan trip with friends.

First, the website made it easy to find and book our excursions. The descriptions they gave were detailed, so we knew what to expect. Very competitive to the ships excursions and cost.
The excursions we decided to purchase were great. We had a great time, enjoying every minute.
We are now repeat customers and excited to go on our new adventure.

"Not As Advertised"

Booked a Brewery and Beach tour that promised a tour of the Microbrewery in Mazatlan, which totally missed the mark. The brewery was closed due to it being a holiday. While understandable, it should have been noted that it was close prior to booking. They pivoted and did a "driving tour" of Mazatlan which was not what we wanted. The second half of the tour was also a bust. They promised the full use of a "resort's facilities including the pool and pool chairs to work on your tan". Instead they took us to a restaurant on the beach (which was good), but with no real beach use or pool facilities. Normally, I'd have given zero stars but the actual booking experience was easy. They were organized on site for check in. The tour guide (Caesar) was excellent.

"Great tours at a lower cost"

We used Shore Excursions on our last two cruises. Last year, to the Western Caribbean and this year, the Eastern Caribbean. In all cases, the excursions were similar to those offered by the cruise lines, but close to half the cost. Group sizes ranged from the two of us to a maximum of 20. Vehicles were all clean and guides were all very knowledgeable.
While it didn't affect us, they still require a paper printout. This would make it very difficult to book something while already on a cruise. Enabling the
ability to store on a mobile device would be preferable.
