"Unacceptable Refund"
Unacceptable business practices regarding refunds. I placed an order for a sofa and then cancelled it after finding out delivery was $250 not $25, as advertised on the website. After emailing customer service, I was told my refund would take 7-10 days. It has been 28 days and the company has failed to respond to my phone calls and emails. I am very disappointed and will not be recommending Yes furniture or US Livings to anyone.

"Stressful!"
Stressful!! Customer Service??Manager Kevin hung up the phone while discussing how to refund our money and I was being nice!! Not anymore though. This has gone on too long now. It's been a month or more trying to get over $700 refunded. Our calls are not being answered. I've left messages on all 5 or 6 phone lines (which all go to the same place) and No return calls. They can't be THAT busy. Which we're still stuck with no money, can't buy the furniture we need because this company obviously don't know how to do refunds. Kevin was to send it "snail mail" but that was two weeks ago!! See now this crappy shtservice and playing with people money is what makes people go off. I can understand why people go in places shooting. All I know is trying to get a refund should not be rocket science. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau because nothing is getting done and we're still out of our money! It's been over a month. My back problems are getting worse because I'm on a Futon still!! Really Kevin?? You're manager?? I'm not in California but you not out of reach... Refund my money yesterday.

"Nightmare"
In short, Yes Furniture is completely unresponsive and hasn't delivered my order after over a month and multiple reschedules. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered - I can't believe this is a function business.
Everything started great with the ordering process, but went downhill quickly. The first delivery scheduled was postponed a week due to the couch we ordered not being ready with the manufacturer. Ok, not a big deal, and I was notified a day before the delivery which was helpful. For the second delivery attempt (a month after my initial order), I reworked my schedule to miss going into work so I could be home to receive the couch. No one ever showed up, and after calling Yes Furniture multiple times without an answer, I sent an email asking about the delivery and managed to get a response saying that a rep had called me that morning to say that the delivery would be delayed another week (again not ready at the manufacturer). I never received a call or voicemail. A pretty unacceptable experience, since I missed work for nothing and they never bothered to notify me.
To make matters worse, the following day I received an email from Yes Furniture saying that their "delivery team is unable to serve your area, due to it being outside the delivery zone." I live in San Francisco, one of the cities they list as being within their delivery zone. Also, no mention of a refund so do they think they can just hang on to my money without delivering my order?
Between my girlfriend and I, we have called Yes Furniture 20+ times and never received an answer, and left numerous voicemails to which we've never been given a response. The company also hasn't responded to our emails (aside from the one above). At this point, the company is seeming more and more like a scam and you should buy your furniture elsewhere.

"Terrible service"
Terrible service! I order a couch and they said it would be delivered in two weeks and that I would get a lamp for free. They called me exactly on the day when it should have been delivered and told me it was damaged so they needed to send it back and it would take another week. I had guests coming over obviously we could not sit on the floor. I sent mail complaining and they did not reply, not even to say they were sorry. When it finally arrived after 3 weeks there was no lamp of course. Terrible service never purchasing anything from them anymore and recommend everyone not to !

"Stay far, far away!"
I repeat: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
This is seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service. As mentioned in my previous review, we ordered a coffee table from them which was actually a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law. All of us have tried numerous times getting a hold of the company to get a replacement, and they finally got back to my mother-in-law via email after asking her the same series of questions they had asked me weeks ago (what's the issue, describe it in detail, send pictures...ALL of which I had already done). Finally, they told her that they had scheduled a new delivery time for yesterday between 12 and 5, but gave absolutely no other information. No detail as to whether they were replacing the entire coffee table or just the faulty piece, no phone number, no confirmation number, nothing. So I stay at home all afternoon waiting and...to no one's surprise...NOTHING. No delivery, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. And, not surprisingly again, no one can get ahold of anyone from the company.
Check their BBB ratings for the truth (hint: they have a D rating). They don't have a Yelp page, and instead have this "trustpilot" account that most people are unfamiliar with...take that as a warning.
Finally, to whomever it was from the company that responded to my last review, our order info is below, however at this point the only thing that would be acceptable in my opinion is for the table to be picked back up and a full refund issued:
