From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect, they answer all the questions that made me nervous about my order and followed through with what they said they would do. They made me feel confident that their motive was to please me as a customer and did just that. I will be back for all of my furniture needs, so will my family& friends. At first delivery, they came to my house but forgot to bring the sofa. The truck driver apologized for that. Second time they came on time and with the sofa. It was kind of funny but so far the service was good and the product is good with the price.

I had just moved and needed to outfit an entire 2 bedroom townhouse. I stumbled around the internet searching for a "one-stop-shop" that had amazing prices but also wasn't cheap (so you know... cheap and inexpensive are two very different terms). I needed inexpensive quality furniture for the living room, dining room and two bedrooms.

I found exactly what I needed at Yesfurniture.com The product styles I wanted: I found. The pricing, including delivery and taxes and everything else, could not be beat by three other sites/stores that I shopped around at.

So, I placed my order and anxiously waited atop my temporary air mattress for the day my new Yesfurniture was to arrive. It arrived the day it was scheduled to, at the time it was scheduled to, and in perfect condition. I literally could not have found a problem with the process if they had asked me to.

I have a story in regards to my experience. I was thrilled to get a good deal on a chest and so I ordered. It showed up but when we opened the box, it was damaged on the top corners. So, I called the following day to see about getting a replacement. This led to many phone calls to them just trying to get a replacement and the free lamp (since I ordered online). It took 3 weeks to a month to get it resolved but only because 1) they had to get one shipped from the factory and 2) they only deliver to Santa Barbara on Thursdays. Once everything got squared away, the owner delivered the replacement to me, gave me 2 lamps for my trouble and worked with my schedule on the day of delivery and apologized for the inconvenience. I am happy with the product and the outcome. It looks really nice and we didn't have to put it together except for putting the handles on the drawers. I would definitely buy more furniture from them and plan to in the future! Thank you Yes! Furniture
