I purchased the District sand 600x600 tile and the prompt service of the sample tiles and then the delivery was excellent . The colour and quality are beautiful . They really have elevated the look of our kitchen/ dining/utility room.

The problem was resolved without any queries or doubts from the team. Which then enabled me to complete my task. Great customer care , thanks to all the team.

"No one answers the phone! "

The tiles are good quality.. but I’m so disappointed with the service. £72 for delivery, and they don’t even send you a text with the delivery times.
I ordered too little tiles, and no one answers the phone, been trying to reorder again and just can’t speak to anyone.
Given this, i was forced to do a new order online instead and ended up with different tiles.
No one answers the phone. It’s just not organised.
Impossible to plan with when my builder can start and so disappointed with the fact I’ve ended up with different thickness tiles.

"Missold products, terrible customer service"

We've bought a large amount of paving in 3 batches and we've been given 2 completely different types of paving. PP say it's a batching issue and are refusing to work with us whatsoever but the 2 products we've been sold are completely different and it is not a batching issue. They won't even come out and inspect. We laid it all and our lads never realised the difference until they cleaned it all off for grouting.

Their customer service has been shocking. Taking forever to reply. Sending ineligable emails. Breaking promises. Refusing to work with us at all.
