This is literally half the size i thought i wad gunna be 2 things spent 70 dollars and i could eat this crap in 2 days NOT AT ALL WORTH IT i thought shipping and handleing was so expensive (9.99 ad item) because it needed to be kept chilled and i get it and its in a normal friggin box THEY CHARGE YOU SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY CAN OK i got prepackaged meats cheeses and candy that stuff should absolutely NOT have cost me 20 dollars to ship. Needless to say im very disapointed and even though they sent me another 10 off your next order promo code (the reason i even placed my first order was because i had gotten one with the random brochure they sent me) AND a free shipping coupon its not worth it they are little the whole $39.90 package is like the size of a notebook and the meats and cheeses look like the baby versions of what you see in theyre magazine and website. I thought it would be double that for the price but i guess theyre just another company that knows how to swindle people.

The gift itself looks wonderful and we are anxious to try the items, but there is no indication of who sent the gift. I will be embarrassed if the thoughtful sender does not receive a thank you for their kind gift. I will be embarrassed if I send a thank you to a possible sender and it is not them.

"Ordering Process and Calling In is a DISASTER"
The product might be good, but the ordering process is a nightmare. After spending 2 hours inputting all the names & addresses in their cumbersome system, I could NOT check out without a lot of difficulty due to some glitch. The system repeatedly asked for my company name. I input it 4 times or more. Then when the order FINALLY went thru there was NO confirmation number and NO indication that they got my order -- I was just placed back on their web site with an empty shopping card. I called repeatedly on the phone, was put on hold and then after waiting for a long time I got disconnected. This happened on 4 different days. When I did get thru Customer Service wasn't able to confirm my order for 24 hrs, but a supervisor was helpful and confirmed my order. I attempted to make one more order today thinking the glitch was fixed and I had the same issues again.

"No Indication of who has sent gift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Today, I received a gift of Christmas Cookies, and I looked for a note to see who had sent them, but there was no note inside the package. Only a card advertising Figis. Then, I found a sentence that said, "The sender's name is listed on the address label on the OUTSIDE of the package". Strange place to look for who in the world has sent me this gift. The outside of the package had a plastic cover over the papers, so I removed it, and it is dirty, and looked for the name of the giver, but nothing. I looked and looked and looked, and now the gift has become a burden. It said that I had sent the gift to myself. No other name was on it. The billing address and the shipping address said my name only. I did not send this gift to myself, and now, I have no way to thank the giver. So, I called customer service. It took a long time to have someone answer. The Representative did not know what to do. She could not find out anything from the Order Number on the receipt. She was clueless. Finally, she defended the fact that there was no one listed as the giver by saying, "Well, lots of customers want it sent anonymously." Really? I don't think so!!!! This company does not make a gift pleasant to receive, and now, whoever sent this to me will think that I just did not send a thank you. Rude!!!! Absurd!!! Hey Figi, a gift should always include a card, on the inside of the package, saying who has sent the gift. Who wants to go searching for the giver on the outside of the dirty package? NOT ME!!

"Beyond Terrible Customer Service"
Figi has to be one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Their Customer Service is just horrible. Expect to be on hold for 15 minutes and when someone finally answers they are rude and hang up on you. I tried to change the delivery date of my order and the girl told me they don't do delivery dates. I said "so you just ship whenever you feel like it and asked to speak to her supervisor". She then hung up on me. I have been trying on and off for 7 hours to get in touch with someone and it's impossible. This place should be shut down. Disgusting.

"Never Again!"
My mother and I decided to try this company, but we are already regretting this decision and we only placed our order yesterday. Promotion code was not added to order, and when we called today to get it fixed the gentleman on the phone hung up on us after telling us to call tomorrow to talk to a supervisor as we were not wanting to pay the shipping cost that did not reflect our discounted total. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. Will likely cancel order, especially after reading reviews on this place!

"I guess I'd call it Love & Hate"
We received a great box of cheeses, sausages, and candies - we do thoroughly enjoy them all, and will for some time. The only problem I have is the inclusion of all those catalogs from other companies....I am overwhelmed by getting catalogs from companies I haven't even heard of - and AM NOT INTERESTED in doing business with them!! Please stop the flow!

I ordered a apple cinnamon nut cake but I don't know what I got it was dry no taste and it didn't look like what I ordered there was no apple and everything is so small for the price no good don't think ill be ordering anything to soon.
