"Tub damage"
Received your Pistachios in a tub, the pistachios were delicious and fresh. The only problem was that the tin tub they came in was badly damaged with a big dent in the side. My wife was disappointed, she would of liked to been able to reuse the tub.

"Great Cookies"
Received a large tin of cookies, all were fresh and very flavorful
I have used the Fiji service for years and never had a problem. Always delivered on time to everyone on my list.

"Tiny, Low Quality, High Priced Garbage! And their guarantee is a lie!"
I ordered their Christmas breads, and I wish I hadn't. They were tiny-- about the size of an ordinary muffin. They taste exactly like the horrible pre-packaged muffins you can buy at a gas station. They're horrible! And they cost about 3 times more than a gas station muffin! I could have bought much higher quality muffins at my local grocery store and saved about $12. They also shipped 4 tiny jars of jam. Each tiny jar held about a teaspoon of jam, and they tasted far too sweet. This is just garbage! You would be better off buying food at your local grocery store. In fact, you would be better off buying food at your local gas station. That's how bad and over-priced this stuff is. Their shipping was also very expensive. And get this... their satisfaction guarantee is a lie! I emailed them about my experience and asked for a credit for my order, so I wouldn't have to pay for this garbage, and they offered to credit my account for 25% of the food. So, I still have to pay for all the shipping, and 75% of the worthless food I ended up throwing away in the garbage can. If you're thinking of buying anything from this company, you might as well just throw your money in your garbage can. That's where it will end up.

"Awful customer service, false advertisements, and way overpriced shipping."
My grandparents placed an order with Figi and being that they're not computer savvy, they chose to mail in the order form. I mailed the order off on Dec. 5, it's wasn't processed until the 13th. Fine. The brochure GUARENTEED Christmas delivery if placed before the 17th. I received a call from my grandmother on the 23rd saying they had yet to receive their order but had received the $200 bill a week prior! I contacted Figi to get an order update and question why was there a $38 charge for shipping when the brochure reads free shipping. I was told that because a free gift was selected on the form that voided the shipping offer. Ok, fair enough even though I still feel this cost was ridiculous. My next question was why is the order expected delivery date the 27th when you guarantee delivery before Christmas? The customer service agent says it seems whoever filled the form out didn't specify this as a Christmas order and the items weren't in stock so we couldn't guarantee a delivery. After stating the brochure says nothing about out stock items she says the best she can offer is a 10% discount. I asked what would that bring the new balance to? She says around $xxx. I informed her that I needed the specific amount as my grandmother prefers to mail payments. She very rudely says, "that's what I just told you. That is the specific amount." I asked if I could speak with her manger. Click! She hangs up in my face. I immediately call back, wait another 12 mins to speak with a agent, who informs me that the discount was applied and new balance. I asked if there was anyway to identify who applied the discount, because she was extremely rude and I'd like to speak with her manager. She was a nice rep and apologized but said she couldn't find out. The First Lady was so disgusting. Now my grandparents will have to pay additional postage to forward their guests gifts. This is a really overpriced company that greatly lacks customer service. I mean $49 for a fruitcake and $30 processed cheese!? I wish I had known the ridiculous amount my grandparents were spending before reviewing their billing statement. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from them.

"open marmalade ruins package"
upon taking the cardboard box off of the gift i noticed the cellophane stuck to about 1/3 of the contents due to an open jar of Marmalade, it was unacceptable to receive this and use it as a gift. in disgust i took the wrapper off and dumped the contents in warm water to try to wash the Marmalade stickiness off of the products that were sealed. i just threw the foil wrapped products in the trash, they were totally ruined from the Marmalade leaking into each wrapper. such a sad situation to receive this product in a sticky mess

"No gift card or name on the shipping label so I didn't know who sent the gift."
Sad that I had to guess who sent the gift. Probably a company that outsources to 3rd world countries w/ profits to upper management being excessive.

"Prompt and efficient."
The gift I sent and the complimentary gift I received were both well packed and delivered promptly..

"Poor Customer Service"
Customer Service is everything. An order was placed on 12/12/16 plenty of time for Christmas delivery and part of my order is said to arrive by FedEx after Christmas. When I called Customee service to have them look into this the service rep Barb said "there is nothing they can do. They can't control FedEx, and it shows on their end delivery between 12/23 and Christmas." Well, I said how do we know what the delivery label says and should they follow-up with FedEx since they shipped he package? To her response, No. what? Unacceptable. I will NEVER purchase from this establishment again. Figis get a clue, you're in a customer service based industry thus provide some good customer service.

"Rude Customer service!"
I was suddenly needing some last minute gifts. I had talked with a family member who suggested I place an order with Figi's for what I wanted. The catalog cover made the claim that the order could still be received by Christmas. So I placed the order. Unfortunately, I didn't see the box on the online order screen that needed me to change the date. It just had "ship Now" and I didn't realize it could be changed. So the items won't arrive in time for me to give them to the people for whom they were purchased. OK, that was my fault. And I admitted that. The customer service person then interrupted me and stated very curtly, "There's nothing we can do now...it's already shipped. And in case you are thinking about it, no we cannot take food back, so it's yours." I'm a dental hygienist and customer service is a priority. I seldom write reviews and definitely have never written a negative review. But she was sooooo rude, and said so many unnecessary things, it was impossible for me to forget it. I will have a tremendous amount of the meats and cheeses because the guests will be gone before they arrive. But I can honestly say, regardless of how good the products may be, because of this woman I will stick to ordering from Hickory Farms. No one has ever talked to me like she did.
