"They Have Screwed Up Our Orders Several Times!"

This company is mismanaged and disorganized and they are completely off of our list for future mailings.

"I should've read the reviews before …"

I should've read the reviews before ordering. Figis got my online order wrong, did not add the full shipping name. They changed a whole word to just a letter. I'm unsure if my gift will be delivered to the correct department in the hospital, or if they'll know who it's from. Customer service reps are untrained and are not helpful. I was disconnected twice. The Supervisor was unable to assist when I called back. This company is unorganized. I will not place any more orders with this company.

"I HAVE NO INTENTION OF BUYING WITH …"

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF BUYING WITH FIGI'S AGAIN. I PLACED A ORDER THE 1ST PART OF MARCH & NO ONE AT FIGI'S CAN TELL ME OR HAS GOT BACK WITH ME AS TO WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT OR EVEN WHERE IT IS AT !! THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY THO.. THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME, BUT WILL BE THE LAST.

""Rip off and thiefs" best describes this company!"

Do you're self a big favor and don't order from this "low standard" company!!! We ordered from them a few times in the past and paid our bill/credit off each time in full. Just received a letter in the mail from the company trying to charge me two $15 dollar late fee's for a balance which has already been paid in full way ahead of time. Called their customer service and received "very rude" service and talked down to me the whole time and said this is not their fault and I will just have to pay these made up late charges or else. How ridiculous, why would I just give them free money for nothing lol. Not to mention the products I did receive from this company was very horrible and bad tasting.

Never again will i do business with a "scam & terrible" company as this one.

"Sugarless chocolate chip cookies"

These cookies were hard as stone, tasteless and stale. First time I have received an unsatisfactory product from Figis, but there's always a first time. I will never order bake goods again.

"Unknown sender??"

I received a cake today fro Figis. It was in pretty good condition, and tasted alright (minus it being kinda soggy and overly sweet), but there was no sender on the box at all... There's no special occasions or anything, so it wouldn't be very likely that a friend sent it. I don't think it was laced with anything because it was sealed and packaged. Still, a little bit weird that Figis would either give people cakes at random, or give senders the option to send a cake anonymously

"Stay away from Figis"

Do yourselves a favor and don't even consider ordering from this company. They get just about everything wrong: They got my name (the purchaser) wrong, the names of the gift recipients wrong, inquiries from me were not answered, and, to top it all off, although I paid for all my purchases by credit card, I subsequently received a bill, as if I hadn't paid at all. I don't know if they're crooks or just plain stupid, but I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy (or maybe I would).

"CUSTOMER SERVICE? NO!!"

I ordered a Religious candle with a LeD light for my friend's 100th Birthday. I ordered it in plenty of time, received it, and decided a week before the party to put in batteries. It did not work! I called and explained the situation and that I would order another one but needed it for the party (in a week).
The response was that I'd have to pay the extra charge. I asked the Agent to speak with her supervisor since it was not my fault. The answer can back NO, I would have to pay. I was extremely polite but told her that this was my first purchase from Figi's and it will be my last.
This company needs to understand that for a $10 bill it was foolish to loose a customer.
Moral: YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION! Buyer beware, customer service is VERY inflexible and definitely should drop the word "service".
