(Bad unprofessional supervisor vic) customer service agent hung up the phone on me. I had an order of almost $300. I called in on a Tuesday spoke to a male customer service rep that was bad and unprofessional. I recieved the wrong item. I was told that there was no supervisor in the office after 5:30pm Mon-Sat. I asked the rep to notate my account because I did not want to be charged for an incorrect order that was sent to me that I never asked for, and part of my order was missing. The rep was very nasty and rude. SInce I didn't get off work before 5:30. I couldn't call back to my next off day and that was Saturday (today) thats when I spoke to vic. He was even more nasty then the rep and very unprofessional. While I'm explaining to Vic what happened the prior Tuesday when I called in and spoke to the the rude rep. Vic the supervisor stated to me while on the phone "Lets just stay on track and focus on this right here" (The items that I didn't recieve). Vic was not attentive and could care less about the complaints that I had about the services that I had recieved about both the products and customer service rep. Then Vic talks to me in a manner as to if I don't know the difference be squash and sweet potatoes. When I never ordered squash in the first place. Then there was a long silence on the phone. I'm like "Are you still there because the line was was silent for a long period of time I just wanted to know if you were still on the line. Then Vic stated" Thats how I am ...silent when I'm working Thank you. Very rudely. Ater I pay off this bill that I have with them I am Not going to buy anything else from this company ever again. Both the rude Supervisor Vic and that male customer service rep needs to go through a serious training course on customer service and have all of their calls monitored daily. Figi's you want to sell items to the general public get people on the phone who cares about their customers starting with your management shame on you!

"Bad customer service"
I have used Figi's gifts in the past and had no problems until this year. I sent gifts to my children and grandchildren and they did not receive their package although they sent an email stating that it had shipped. They never received their package so I called customer service and the person I spoke with was beyond rude. They could not give me a valid answer about where the package was. First they said no one signed for it so it went back then they said it was, and I quote "in transition". When I asked to speak with a supervisor the rep would not let me. She gave me a tracking number and said it was my problem. They still have not received their order. When I asked for a refund/credit, they refused. I will never do business with them again.

We have ordered from them the past couple years, sending gifts to our customers. This year will be the last. They got more then half of the address i gave them wrong. The guy taking my order seemed bothered with me and was rude. When i called and told them half of the address's were wrong she said there is nothing i can do at this one and ended the conversation. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. This is definitely the last time i use them. Take my advice and dont use them!!!!!!!!!!!

"Snippy and poor service"
Snippy and poor service. My complaint is not with portions or products. I used to purchase from them all the time. These days the service is poor and downright rude. I'm not sure why I bothered this time, however, it had been a tradition that I really used to love. Billing error somehow created an account with my address but no last name. The person I talked to was rude and not helpful. I am no longer doing business with this company and advice you to avoid it. There are a lot of other companies with much better service.

I rarely order from this company but to to tell the truth, it has been a family tradition at the holidays. My Grandfather would order the dried fruits from them, we all loved them, I think he started his order in November for Christmas. (Back before the internet, it was all mail order catalog) I believe this company's poor ratings is due in part it has been bought and sold too many times, Quality and service have gone sharply down, however the few times I have ordered the expectations were just average. Arriving too late or slightly damaged or being too small, well that's just how it has always been. I'm a fan for life, but would only order one or two items I know are easy to ship and would taste reasonably well. They have a YouTube channel that explains about the new call center they are putting in Marshfield, Wi, where it all started. (Video was done 2015) Maybe they are still working out the bugs. But If you are American, take pride in ordering from an American company, just lower your expectations a little, they are not Amazon.

"Worst online company I have ever dealt …"
Worst online company I have ever dealt with. We received a catalog one day and the next ordered a 1 lb plum pudding with another item for a gift. Later that day I received a voice mail advising that the 1 lb plum pudding was no longer available but if I called within the next 24 hours I could change the order to the available 2 lb plum pudding ( for twice the price). I called them 6 hours after the voice mail and said I didn't want the 2 lb. to just cancel the order. Then I received an email advising that it was too late, the order had already processed. I spent 1 hour on hold for a customer "service" rep to answer. I gave up and emailed them, again telling them to cancel the, yet unshipped, order. 36 hours later I received an email telling me my order had shipped.
I will never, or recommend anyone else, do business with this company. Unfortunately, the part of the order that shipped is going to a friend as a gift so I cannot even refuse shipment.
Lesson learned.

"Abysmal experience"
This has to be my worst customer experience ever. They have terrible identity security, and their customer service representatives are incompetent. I was on the line for an hour, and after talking to two separate CSR's, with the supervisor Valerie being the most incompetent, they finally put me through to the loss prevention department where I was presented with an answering machine. Keep in mind that the first words out of my mouth when I called them was "Can I speak to the loss prevention department please". I strongly recommend no one ever do business with this company.
