I trust and read reviews.That being said maybe some people just have higher expectations than others. The company has to make portions reasonably sized to make money. Better for us too most calories count.The shipping is on the higher end but they package and send it out beautifully.I loved the nut and poppy seed bread .The cheese sampler sreads were nothing special because yes ,they are processed but still tasty enough.I got a lighted wreath that had red roses with bright green leaves. Perfect for Christmas decorating.

"Horrible Customer Service"

If I could, I’d give them 0 stars. I tried ordering over the phone and when I found out shipping was $17, I told them forget it. I recieved a bill about a week later for $69.97. After calling their customer service number, I waited on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes and still didn’t get any response. This company is a joke.

"What a letdown."

I spent quite a bit of money on one of their sausage and cheese assortments. So disappointing, little sausages that tasted like slim Jim’s and cheese that all tasted like velveeta. I’ve been telling a lot of people how terrible Figis products are.

I loved the peanut caramel clusters. They were as good as when I was a boy. So many products need. Yours are perfect; good like then and top level because the candy couldn't be better. Recently, I purchased the sampler cheese spread. I was very disappointed at what I received. Everyone I tasted, tasted like rubber with no flavor what so ever. I had a friend try them, and she said the same. I'll never order anything again.

I confided in this company to deliver my Mother's Day gift that I spent a lumpsome of money on. Not only did they NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT but the day after they sent me an email saying THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK OF MY PRODUCT. Chosing this company to represent your gift is the worst idea I had, I am so embarrassed to have boughten anything from them. THEY ARE A SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

One of their cakes was sent to me as a birthday present via FedEx. The driver left it outside the door, and when I retrieved it, there were about 500 ants inside the box, even inside the cheesy plastic wrap for the cake. The only thing to do with it was discard it in the trash. So I cannot comment on the edibility of the cake. However, when I contacted customer service via their web site, I was sent an e-mail telling me to call a customer number. When I did, I was put on hold for about five minutes, when a man came on, asking me what my problem was. When I told him, he put me on hold for another five minutes, and I hung up. In my estimation, you are totally wasting your time, money, and sanity when dealing with this stupid company.
If I could give it zero stars, I would.
