I sadly lost my metro blunt umbrella on a weekend away and had to replace it. It is by far the best umbrella I have ever used. One day I hope to buy the Blunt Sport. Keep up the good work.

Follow up review from my one from the 28th June. Blunt emailed me on the 01 July apologising for the delay and saying that they'd 'prioritse the repair and hope to get it sent back to me early next week'. After still not seeing anything or even being sent an email to say that it had been sent on the 22 July I sent an email asking them where it was. I didn't receive a response so sent an email again on the 31 July asking for an update.

I finally get a response from Blunt on the 07 Aug, stating that it had been delivered on the 14 July. I send a reply back to Blunt on the same day saying that nothing had been received and how can this issue be resolved and guess what, I haven't received any response or resolution.

Yet again I am disappointed in Blunt's customer service and lack of umbrella quality.

I bought an umbrella 20days ago. Still haven’t received it now. The customer service is terrible I sent out email nobody reply. And there’s no contact number.

Haven't yet had a chance to test my 2 new Blunt umbrellas (coupe & classic) in the rain - but they look very well made and very chic - and built to last. Service was quick and efficient .. thankyou Blunt crew!
