"Amazing sturdy umbrella"

The amount of my umbrellas that have landed in the bin over time has been outrageous. I used my new Blunt umbrella last night for the first time.
I found the umbrella strong and sturdy to hold. There was a slight wind. I knew it wasn't going to turn inside out or the prongs we not going to break.
Also when I shock it to go inside, the umbrella wasn't saturated with water, it was almost dry.
I had a yoga bag on my back and not once did it get wet.
Fantastic umbrella.

Fast delivery and easy order - quality is A-1 - I was recently in wellington with my crappy dollar store umbrella and it seemed 80% of the locals had a BLUNT - and they were performing well in high winds whereas mine was not and I got soaked! Immediately searched online and found the brand, then ordered. It's now a permanent addition to my briefcase and ready for my next NZ trip next week. A bit heavier and bigger than I expected but I expect that's what makes it perform.

I attempted on numeous ocassions to gain understanding of the reliability of your umbrella opening mechanisms due to a failure I experienced with a blunt classic model. Responses were incomplete and excessively delayed. From the intel i received i was confident enough to try an alternate model however had to follow up on numerous ocassions and never actually received complete answers. Tardy was the impression i was left with despite being a fan of your umbrellas. I still have the broken blunt classic model and based on my experience would recommend avoiding this model due to failure of the opening collar locking mechanism.

This was super fast delivery within days of ordering, I received my new umbrella. It is small but sturdy and has already been tested against Sydney winds. Pretty good I must say and brilliant for city sidewalks.
