Fast delivery from point of purchase through to delivery. The rains have now arrived and i have a chance to try it out. Very solid, sturdy and well made. Unsure how the weight will go over a longer period of time but only one way to find out. You get what you pay for and the $20 garden variety doesn't cut it when the dog insists on a walk at 4am with howling winds and thumping rain. A good investment for the long term.
