Delivery was quick, but I'm not happy with umbrella design, too short with a small handle, as well as coverage area is way smaller than expected.

The purchase experience and delivery was easy and fast.
The umbrella itself appears well made and sturdy from first uses, and I love the colours and pattern! However it is more the size of a large kids umbrella. I understand (and like) the idea of a compact, portable, easy to store umbrella, but it still needs to be suitable for use for an adult. I'm a rather slim 180cm, 70kg adult, and it barely does the job of covering me. So I guess I expected a slightly more suitable size, especially for the price. Having said that my wife is a smaller 50kg and it suits her well.

In a series of wind gusts in Melbourne last week, lots of people were struggling with their umbrellas. The Blunt owners just pointed theirs back into the wind and they popped back into shape ... kept walking. Fantastic experience.

Gorgeous umbrella ! Just bought the larger Classic after purchasing the compact Metro a few months ago. Both appear strong & sturdy and they look great ! Hoping the bright pink colour (I couldn't go past that colour for both of them) means I don't accidentally leave them anywhere .....

Still haven't received my order after two weeks because they didn't write the address correctly. I'm still waiting for the order to be delivered because it had to go back to their warehouse and then sent again out again.

Update: After writing that you would contact me ASAP about my order, no one has reached out to me. I even emailed asking about a refund which has been ignored.

No more to say - Found the product, which I'd seen in New Zealand 4 yrs ago, liked and knew to be a very good product. Found the Oz provider, made the order.
Arrived in a timely manner. Seamless process. Perfect result. Can't wait for it to rain.
