I paid $600 for two pairs of boots. When I received them the size was completely wrong. I then tried calling their listed contact number which is 801-823-4625 and it was not a working number. After weeks of trying to get someone to respond to my emails, I sent the shoes back at a cost of $82.00 shipping!!!! However, I’m still waiting on my money!!! Yes, my money is GONE!!!! Taft has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE so beware!!! I'm a schoolteacher and I feel like I have been robbed!!!!
I now have to sue them at a court cost of $325.00!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

"Don’t buy"
I bought 2 pairs of shoes the first pair fit nearly 2 sizes too big. Couldn’t return them because they are last chance and was in the process of reselling them when I started to see tears in the side. I am not about to scam someone into a crappy pair of shoes like what happened to me. Finally got the pair that fit me and they lasted 4 months. The designs are impressive and I love the looks but have been completely disappointed by Taft. I really hope the rest of the shoes aren’t like this.

This is in reference to ORDER #397253 I found out pretty quickly that TAFT was a business that has a bunch of issues. When you go to their website, of course you choose the shoes that you like, then you look at the shoe size chart, of course it has US Men, US Women, UK and EU. My son wears a size 10 US, which is what I chose. The shoes that arrived looked like skiis, they were 2 sizes too big?? The shoes that I ordered, I didn't realize that the shoe's that I bought showed FINAL SALE, I didn't find out until I went about returning the shoes. Based off of the reviews on trust pilot and with the bbb, one of the major gripes, is that the shoe sizes do not match up, so when you get the wrong size, TAFT wants to point out the FINAL SALE, even though they know they know full well that the shoes won't fit in the first place. They are selling a subpar shoe, under misleading and sketchy rules... I returned the shoes, and sent an email to TAFT, to which TAFT answered back..."Hi Monique,
Thank you for reaching out! I have reviewed your order and both of the pairs you ordered were final sale. The only thing that was returned in our system was your Order Protection for $3.15. Since the shoes did end up back to us, I would be happy to make a one time exception and refund your order. You should be seeing that soon! Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
Mylee" Well I bought a 2nd pair of shoes (the same shoes) that I originally purchased for my son. I had to break out a tape measure to try to figure out how I was going to get their stupid size chart figured out, and measured the 2nd pair of shoes that I received in the mail. These shoes with a tape measure, are a size 8?? It's just ridiculous... the whole company needs to be shut down..

The soles are falling apart, this discoloration. I tried to use the warranty customer service said to go get them fixed and when I send them the receipt they’ll give me a 50$ coupon for and pair. Then they closed the ticket. Don’t but don’t buy

Har købt to par sko i deres butik i Amsterdam. De havde ikke min størrelse så de skulle være sent med posten.
Har kontaktet dem flere gange og ville også have penge tilbage. De vil IKKE give mig mine penge tilbage ca.1500 og bliver ved med at skrive at skoene er blevet sendt i mandag fra fabrikken. I dag er den 11. Maj og jeg stå uden sko penge og ingen respons fra dem😢SÅ DÅRLIGT

"Snake bitten, huge price drop 3 weeks later"
I bought a pair of Wallace shoes on April 3 and the price dropped by half in the 3rd week of April and despite me asking twice to get a store credit, I was turned down. I gave them my order number so they wouldn't confuse it with my February order and of course they did, because I was told they don't price match from two months ago. It was actually less than 3 weeks I received the shoes. I couldn't find any information about their price protection policy. I was told it was seven days. If it wasn't for the fact these close out shoes are non-refundable I would return them unused. This is a $80 price drop including tax and I wlll not make another purchase from Taft. Their business paradigm is not conducive to buy with confidence that if a product has a price drop, Taft apparently has a 7 day price guarantee, which is not stated in writing, however most companies have a 30 day policy. Needless to say I am fed up with Taft and will take my business elsewhere

I have purchased two pairs of shoes from Taft and I actually like the quality. However, the sizing is so consistently wrong it almost feels intentional and makes their product not worth ordering or wearing. To top it off the return/exchange policy is a headache. You are better off ordering elsewhere so you get something you know you can actually wear and return if it doesn’t.

The laces are stained brown and they are way way way too big. This is not a size 9. More like a size 11 And there is some torn stitching. Seems very low quality.
