It was easy to order, arrived on time, quality perfect,easy to fix.
Could be wider range of plastic colours ( as currently it's only white and grey) and when doing order you limited/restricted to £135 on time which annoying - I have to place 2 orders and pay delivery twice (£8.99 each!) God knows why - B U T still happy and 5 stars to product quality. Recommend... P.S. Shame can't add pics))

But difficult delivery, as change of address (to neighbour) was not allowed & change of date (until I returned from holiday) was also not allowed. So, it was very time-consuming to find someone to collect it for me & to create the required documentation.

The instructions for the flyscreen roller blinds are absolute chyte but the binds are great once you work out how they go up. I would def buy again.

Items arrived that were severely damaged and one looks like it was preinstalled. No protective covers. The mosquito net on one was cut too short.
The company are refusing to refund my money.
They are refusing to replace them. Instead they expect me to pay the full price but accept a repair on what looks like a second hand screen. I spent over 2000euros with this company. I also still have to pay the builder who was hired to install them. Once i complained they refused to deal with me in English….they had no issues speaking english when taking my money!
