Let me first say I love everything D'Angelico. I recently ordered a nickel plated bridge from your website. It did show up and I was excited to put it on my Premier SS. As it states on the site it would fit. The bridge itself fits the old posts but the posts that were sent were of a whole different world. Not even close to the ones in my guitar. Much bigger and of course did not fit. That with the fact that nothing was bagged at all, just ramblin' around in an envelope with stickers was kind of concerning given it is nickel plated and scratches easy. Looked like someone grabbed some mismatched parts from their tool box, threw them in an envelope and away it went. All in all what i needed worked out for me but a concerned shopper from the site from now on.

I ordered and awesome Dangelico Premier Brighton form Brazil and had great experience. The guitar got here really quick and it came right out of the box well intonated and almos in tune. Really impressed me.

But I missed the warranty card, infos about the guitar as trust-rod adjustmentes and overall swag. The guitar came just by itself in a beautifull case but with no tag or anything else. Those little things make the experience a lot better.

So I am updating my review here. I did hear from the folks at D’ANGELLICO. Apparently, my request did not fall on deaf ears, as I originally thought. Someone there must have read my review, and they refunded some money to me. I’ll leave my original review below, but everyone should know they MORE than made up for their not responding to my email. I’d also like to add, that I have worked on some of the finest guitars in the world, as a tech for Garys Classic Guitars. Vintage Gibsons, Fenders, Guild... I’ve worked on, and own a few beauties! My current favorite right now is my D’Angelico Atlantic. It seriously plays like no other. If you’re looking for a new guitar, I’d seriously check these guys out! Again, I left my original review below, but rest assured, they DID MAKE IT RIGHT!!! 😎

I ordered two Art Deco ebony knobs, and they shipped reasonably fast, and they were as advertised. However, I received a coupon code from them (D’Angelico guitars), for 20% off my first purchase, that I tried to enter, but it didn’t apply for some reason. I emailed them to inquire as to why it wasn’t applied, and never got any response! Is it a huge deal? No. But apparently their customer service is somewhat lackadaisical. It’s the second time I’ve emailed them with a question and never got a reply. I do enjoy my guitar, and like I said... I did get my purchase, but I’d like to know there’s someone on the other end that cares when there’s an issue. Just my two cents...

"premier fulton"

This is my first D Angelco guitar, and i chose the premier fulton 12 string ,in the ice tea burst finish.I am not disappointed in the least. This is very good quality guitar.There are more asthetic appointments to this guitar than the price should dictate. The sound is more than i expected from a guitar in this price range.
It was very nicely set up out of the packaging,but as with all experienced players ,there is going to be personal preferences.I changed strings ,to my preference,martin 92/8 phosphur ,silk/ steel .I also filed the saddle down to my preferred string action heigth.The neck required no adjustment,which goes to the quality of workmanship, and inspection.
I have not plugged it in as of yet,so i cannot attest to the quality of on board preamp.However ,the onboard tuner is as accurate as my snark tuner.I have a tuner capable of tuning to HZ specs .that is the only retune required after using the on board tuner.All in all, im a very satisfied d angelico guitar owner.
