Rcvd Delux 175 from mom & pop retailer. Toggle swith was broken off but rest of guitar was in beautiful, mint condition (as it should be). Called store but said they were closed due to Covid-19 but someone would call back if I left a msg. No one called back so two days later I called D'Angelico offices and asked for customer service or warranty department. The one who answered said she could help me. No waiting, no elevator music, not 10x phone transfers. I believe her name was Fiona. She was very sweet and helpful. First she walked me through registering my purchase, then she explained the warranty/repair process and got me up to speed on what to do. Apparently customer service in the US isn't dead.
