"Simple and Efficient! "

ClicknCell made selling my phone a breeze. The online form was easy to fill out, and I received a prepaid shipping label. My payment came through via PayPal just a day after they received my device. Couldn't be happier!

"HaHa!"

They claim they will have your payment ready in 24 hours. Now I get it, maybe they are overwhelmed with phones they have received. But don't advertise that you can make payment within 24 hours. Sent out my phone on June 29, 2024 and it says they received it July 1, 2024 and here we are July 8, 2024 and still no payment, no answered calls, and no answered emails. Wish they would put all these bad reviews (there's a ton) on their front page so people like myself and others can be more aware.

Update: Funny how a 1-star review got their attention. Sent an email at 9:10 this morning and by 1:27 I finally got an answer back. They claim my phone has a dead pixel and can only give me $150 of my $493 quote. I know what a dead pixel looks like and I would never have sent my device if it was defective. Last email I sent was to send me my phone back. We will see the outcome.

Final Update: Never got my phone back so I kept emailing the to see what was going on. Finally, on the 30th of July I received $280 of the $493 I was quoted after going back and forth through email.

New Update 08/13/2024: HaHa! Now they are claiming defamatory on this review. What is the point of posting on this review site if you can't give your honest opinion? So, I will be deleting some things to appease these people, and I will probably have to delete some other things in the future. They ain't taking away my 1 star though ;)

Customer service is pleasant. got the quoted price without issues! If you're hesitant. don't be. most negative reviews seem fake or due to human error. Just follow the direction, read carefully, and be patient. everything will go smoothly!

The price i was quoted for my iPad pro was exactly what i expected. However, upon receiving the money today, I was pleasantly surprised. Honest, with great communication and clear expectation. Payments are fast. I'll definitely do business with them again. While i wish they accepted Galaxy watches, that's not a knock on their business. Overall, a great company to deal with.

I filled out the phone information online, printed the prepaid shipping label, securely packed the device with a little common sense, and shipped in the next day. They received the package yesterday, and I received payment today. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction!
