I shipped my Google Pixel 6a to Click n' Cell in late march. They provided the label and I have proof of delivery to the address provided. 28 days ago I opened a ticket with them to find out what happened to my phone and where my promised $125 payment is. I've never heard back from their customer support. I don't know what recourse I have at this point, but I'm VERY skeptical of their legitimacy at this point, and I'm "out" my used phone.
*** EDIT TO ADD *** Leaving a voicemail on the PH# listed on the website PLUS a TP review has lead to contact with Click n' Cell and a satisfactory resolution to my issue.
