"Very Happy with the Service!"
ClicknCell made selling my old phone a breeze. They provided a fair quote, a prepaid shipping label, and I received my payment within 24 hours. The process was easy and quick. I'll definitely use them again!

"Fast and Hassle-Free!"
Selling my old game console to ClicknCell was fast and hassle-free. They offered a fair price, and the payment was processed quickly. I'm very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend them.

"Patience May Be Required… But Pays Off"
Update: Literally within minutes of my review posting, Clickncell reached out to me via text message to inform me that they are having issues with their site and email.
Less than an hour later, they sent me the quoted amount for my device.
Unfortunately, there doesn’t (currently) seem to be a better way of communicating (due to the above mentioned issues), other than this review process.
Thank you Clickncell for quickly handling my issue. (Hope your site and email issues are resolved as quickly)

Either a total scam or absolute garbage customer service… or both.
I sent my iPhone 14 Pro Max into them, which they received on July 29th. The only response I’ve gotten from them is an email on July 30th, stating a status update of “Received”.
Here we are, two weeks later, still no payment, still no update to status, and no response to my email inquiry. Their listed number goes straight to voicemail.
I would understand if they were a little backed up and needed a few extra days for processing, but communication with customers/clients is essential… especially when you tout that payment would be made in 24 hours.
If you value your item, find another business to work with.
Shame on Swappa for continuing to have them on their site, as well.

"Where’s my payout"
Phone was received, scratches were noted on my device which is 100% inaccurate however I accepted the offer at $38 less, no big deal. Then I receive an email hours later to ship my device to them. Feels like a total scam at this moment. I requested the Apple Pay method and haven’t received anything yet. Their phone number listed goes straight to voicemail and then the mailbox is full. Where is my payout? 201-783-2314 James Touw. Send the money Apple Pay, let’s go.
Update 8/14 10:39am
I have reached out for help through swappa.com whom advertised clickncell as the highest initial offer for my iPhone 13 128gb.

"NO PAYMENT "
I sent my phone to clickncell with the label they provided, the phone arrived on Saturday 8/10 - I opted for the Zelle payment and it was supposed to be within 24 hours...It's Tuesday and I still have no payment - NOT sure what my next step will be

"This will be my final review for…"
This will be my final review for SaveGadget. Oh wait, sorry I meant to say QuickTrade. Wait no, ClicknCell, gosh it's so hard to keep track of which reviews to write where sometimes.
This company ClicknCell is fraudulent and review bolsters immensely in as little as 2-3 hours or so from when a negative review is posted, so keep that in mind.
As for my banter at the beginning of this review, I'm making a jab at the fact that there are verified reviews of both SaveGadget and QuickTrade still on this profile meaning that they have "asked" for reviews from previous customers which inconceivably ended up on the wrong company profile and were verified, isn't that just so interesting!
A particular favorite negative review of mine on here is by user Rick C. where ClicknCell replies in retaliation that his review is slander simply because Rick wouldn't take down the review of his experience where he never received his phone back after ClicknCell made him a low-ball offer once they received the device, stating it had an issue with it, as they did to me. They negotiated and apparently Rick took an extra $30 for the hassle, which in my eyes, it seems ClicknCell meant for him to take those $30 effectively as hush money. Apparently ClicknCell understood that he would remove his review on the phone call where they negotiated those extra $30, but I'm glad he didn't because it really highlights the kind of people you are possibly going into business with.
Don't send this company any amount of phones, you will not receive the money you're initially quoted for them in a timely manner/without applying pressure after they receive them. Even less so if you send in more than one.

"TOTAL SCAM!!!"
***Final Update, did receive money. Should have never come to this. I still stand by my review and do not recommend.
**Update, they responded to the review and made more false promises. Still no answers, still no money. This place is a joke and a complete rip off.
TOTAL SCAM!!!! Same experience as all the TRUE reviewers. Sent a phone, no money received, no response. In hindsight the positive reviews are clearly fake. Don’t waste your time. You’re welcome “Justin” at Click N Cell for all the free phones you’ve gotten. People like you disgust me.

"Sent in iPhone and no response yet"
Sent in iPhone and no response yet. It has been more than a week they received the phone. Poor customer service. Calls go directly into voicemail.
Update 08/13/2024:
Finally payment has been paid after trustpilot review. Not happy with the process.
